Ásinn Redouse 2 is a new 22 m2 studio and is the second apartment in the house. It is in a peaceful place in the countryside, about 18 km from Egilstaðir in East Iceland. The apartment will be ready on July 1st, 2026. The exterior is not quite finished, but it's getting better. The apartment has a view to the west and the evening sun also reaches the window to the north. The house where the apartment is located is in a meadow. The house has a panoramic view in all directions. Close to untouched nature with birdlife, small streams and grazing sheep.

At the heart of Vatnajökull National Park, and only a short drive from the world famous Glacier lagoon, Jökulsárlón (28km) is Neðribær apartment. Neðribær is in a 2 apartment house with private entrance. Many activities in the area such as snowmobiling, glacier jeeps and glacier walk on Europe´s largest glacier, kayaking, puffins tours, boat tours, ice cave tours (winter) and horseback riding.
