A wonderful house in a beautiful spot. Amazing views and walkable distance from anything you need. The house is lovely! Felt like a home away from home. The hairs were very friendly and responsive. We are already thinking about going back in the future as it was perfect for our group of 7+ dog. Everything feels pretty new and clean and has all the amenities you need. Loved the sauna and balcony space with views. Would recommend to others for sure. We’ll be back one day!

The "Hobbit cave" is really a very special place – beautifully designed and furnished with incredible attention to detail (especially for Lord of the Rings fans). You can feel in every corner how much passion is in here. The atmosphere is cozy, warm and simply enchanting – that's exactly how you imagine a little break from everyday life. The surroundings are also fantastically beautiful – quiet, idyllic and perfect for relaxing or for walks in nature. We immediately felt welcome and very comfortable. The host was extremely friendly, warm and helpful – you can tell that he really cares about the well-being of his guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to next time. We will definitely be back – it was just perfect!

The apartment is beautifully high and quietly located, you have a beautiful view of the valley and the mountains from the balcony. The Hochzeiger lift is about 10-15 minutes away on foot. Our host Traudl was very friendly, helpful and provided us with good tips. The place was very clean and very well equipped. We felt very comfortable, happy to come back!

What a warm welcome from our host! Because we arrived quite late, there was something ready for us to eat including a drink and a drink and breakfast and breakfast was also arranged for the next morning. What a Top service! The apartment is super nicely finished and equipped with every luxury. Wonderfully bright and spacious! You're a Superhost for ours, and we'd love to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay with Alex and Brooke. The Airbnb is tucked away in a relatively remote spot, which gave us peaceful mountain views and quiet atmosphere that we were looking for in a weekend getaway. At the same time, it was super convenient to get groceries and breakfast supplies, thanks to Alex providing us with a list of items we could pre-order through him — everything from fresh bakery goods to general groceries. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the garden sauna. It had a stunning view, and everything was thoughtfully arranged — we were even provided with a little basket containing robes and towels, which made the whole experience feel extra cozy and relaxing. They also put together a great list of recommended hiking routes, which we really appreciated, even though it was a bit too chilly for us to head out on the trails this time. But we can definitely recommend a visit to the nearby Aqua Dome!

I visited the apartment at the end of May, and the stay was for 2 people only, and the space is very suitable for this number. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. My apartment was Michel Top 4. Very clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. It has two glass openings in the ceiling that open with electricity, and the views are very beautiful. Private parking is available. Note: There is no air conditioning or fan, but the atmosphere was nice and we did not need it during our stay. The only drawback is that if you arrive at the apartment at night, access is very difficult because the streets are dark and scary, and you feel like the area is uninhabited. But in the daytime, the situation is completely different — the place is wonderful, quiet and beautiful. The host was very cooperative and responded quickly. I don't recommend living without a car, because the Oetz area is small and limited, but it's less than an hour from Innsbruck. ⸻ Stayed at Michel Top 4 in late May. Perfect for two people — clean, cozy, great views, and well-equipped. No AC or fan, but the weather was nice. Hard to find at night (dark roads), but beautiful during the day. Helpful host. A car is a must in Oetz.
