Highlights sind neben den Wohlfühlschlafzimmern mit Panoramablick unter anderem die 2 Bäder (eines mit Waschmaschine), die neue Küche, Fußbodenheizung, der großzügige Gartenbereich mit Terrasse und die Lage am oberen Ortsrand (ohne Durchgangsverkehr), die Wanderungen/Radtouren vom Haus weg ermöglicht.

Der Piburgersee lädt zum Eislaufen ein, der Stuibenfall mit seinen über 700 Stufen lässt sie staunen und das Ötzi Dorf gibt Einblicke in eine längst vergangene Zeit. Entspannung und Ruhe findet man im Aqua Dome. Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Skigebiete Hochzeiger und Hoch Imst (25 Autominuten) eignen sich gut für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene, zum Teil auch mit Wander- oder Skibus zu erreichen. Lebensmittelgeschäft 10 Autominuten entfernt. Viele Seen in der Umgebung. 6 Autominuten entfernt Ski/Wandergebiet für Kinder. Area 47 in der Nähe. Peace and relaxation for up to 2 people in a very cozy, clean mountain hut on a secluded mountain farm in the Tyrolean Pitztal. A bus stop or the Pitztaler Landesstraße are 2 km away, the first shopping in 4.5 km. The Hochzeiger ski area is 8 km away; the Pitztal Glacier in 25 km. In summer, the Pitztal invites you to countless mountain hikes. Additional tourist tax €3 (from €1.5.2025€ 4,- )per person/night, as well as the electricity consumption according to sub meters

A small apartment (approx. 15 square meters) for 1-2 people awaits you above Imst. A terrace is available for your personal use via a separate entrance. Parking is available. Behind the house there is a beautiful forest path via which you can walk in approx. 20 minutes you can reach Hoch-Imst with numerous leisure activities (mountain railways, swimming pond, Alpine coaster, restaurants, ski resort). The city of Imst can be reached by car in about 5 - 7 minutes.

Enjoy beautiful days on the cozy terrace and fine relaxation in the hot tub! For motorcyclists, we have a garage. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.

Cozy, spacious and lovingly furnished 3-room apartment with balcony and great views. The apartment also has a living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining table for 4 people and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. The designer bathroom is functional and modernly furnished with a rainforest shower. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee maker. A pellet stove is in the hallway.

Located on the basement, Apartment is a great base for a holiday in the mountains – in a central location, yet quiet surroundings. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network at the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m in size and bathroom accessories are provided for you.
