Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hoboken

This was a last minute booking and I’m glad we stayed with Sherrie. The house is nice and spacious. Sherrie does a great job of providing good instructions on getting in and navigating the the rooms inside the house. Definitely would recommend!

Our stay here was perfect, exactly what we needed for a family of 7 looking to visit NYC for a few days, but not wanting to stay in the hustle bustle of the city. The place was extremely clean from top to bottom and offered great amenities for a large party like ours. The coffee in the kitchen area, and the awesome game room were the icing on the cake too. It was very comfortable and walkable to a coffee shop, supermarket and restaurants. We would Uber to the Path train in the morning to head into the city. Eunice was extremely responsive and never missed a beat. We truly felt comfortable, safe and relaxed in her place. I would recommend it hands down without hesitation!

This place was great for our guys trip. It was spotless, inviting, and spacious. Her Airbnb was a relief to come to after a long red eye flight. We would definitely book again.

Tatjana’s place was absolutely perfect for our visit to New York on my wife’s 50th birthday. It was immaculately clean, and there was plenty of room for the five of us. It’s located just a short walk to the Hudson River and a beautiful view of the New York skyline. There were several restaurants nearby and transportation by ferry and bus to New York was very easy. The on-site indoor garage was perfect for our small car. We are looking forward to a return visit next year and would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

The place was very cozy and homey. It was renovated very recently, so everything felt new. The living room and kitchen were spacious and well equipped. It was evident that Karla the host thought about all the small details to make this a great stay. The house is a walkable distance from bus routes to NYC. Karla is super responsive and addressed all the questions we had quickly and efficiently!

This is a great place to stay when visiting NYC!! The house itself is lovely with all the amenities you need. Getting into the city is easy with the PATH train (20 min walk) into downtown Manhattan, or the bus which takes you into midtown. Hoboken itself is a great area with plenty of shops and restaurants for breakfast, and is super walkable and perfect for a late afternoon stroll. Jake was a wonderful host, very responsive and we had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again someday!

Shay’s home is a charming and cozy little cottage tucked discretely in a safe NJ neighborhood. When inside it won’t feel like the bustling Jersey Heights. Shay was flexible in accommodating our checkin/checkout requests, which is not always possible for hosts so please don’t take that for granted but rest assured this host will try to make it work. Through out the stay I was able to get quick responses from Shay. There weren’t any major questions about the place as everything was neatly arranged and described as per the listing. The bedrooms were cozy and inviting. The bathrooms were clean and comforting. There are many games to gather around with family or friends in an elegant living room, even an arcade room in the attic. I had family visiting New York for the first time, and Shay’s place was so ideal to easily get around to all the attractions. Guest tip: For breakfast/brunch, try the new South Indian veg restaurant “Balaji Bhavan” which is just an easy mile walk away.

Loved staying here! Very much a 'live like a local' experience - so many wonderful bars, shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Not to mention easy access to the PATH station. A great little slice of Hoboken.

Everything was there that we needed. Coffee machine was great! Very clean. Nice neighbourhood, took awhile to find all of the nearby ammenities but once we orientatad ourselves there were many shops, restaurants etc nearby. The laundry, wash and fold service just around the corner was excellent!! In terms of transport into NY - we found that taking an Uber to either Hoboken or Grove street and then taking the PATH train was only a couple dollars more but way more comfortable. But it also meant that you had all of the wonderful shops, bars and restaurants right there. PATH takes you to World Trade Center in just 2 stops from Grove street!!

Beautiful stay in Hoboken.. Emily’s place is perfect to access the Path train to NYC with just a 5 min walk to the station or grab a ferry across the river. The apartment is exactly like the photos and there is everything you need.. has been well thought out. Emily responds quickly to all messages and was happy to let us drop our luggage and head out for lunch while the apartment was still being cleaned. Gorgeous neighbourhood to come back to after crazy days in the city. Try Dear Maud for great food and cocktails but be sure to book! Thanks again Emily for a fantastic stay!

Great place to stay while visiting family. As I grew up in the area I know my way around, but easy to get around for anyone! The bay is a beautiful site when you walk up the block. There are many places to visit in walking distance as well as plenty of transportation choices withing walking distance. Plenty of places to eat as well, with many different choices of food. Nice private quite apartment, I will be staying again in the Fall.

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

We loved our stay at Tim and Stacey's place. The beautiful apartment was clean and quiet, despite the busy location. The hosts were very responsive with helpful instructions. We would recommend it to any couples or families looking to visit New York City without the NYC prices, and we would happily stay there again!

We had a great stay at Ken and Jasen's apartment! The location was great; walkable to many restaurants and cafes, as well as the Grove Street PATH station to easily commute into NYC. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, and well appointed. It was a comfortable stay for 2 nights for our family of 4. Would 100% stay here again on a future visit!

A safe spot right in the heart of Hoboken. Very walkable to the path train that takes you right to New York. A very clean and spacious apartment. Hosts were responsive and great!

Great place to stay, clean and has everything you need. Hosts were very responsive and helpful! Only downsides were trying to find parking and also the upstairs unit of the duplex were very noisy.
