David and Geraldina were top hosts. When I asked for extra accommodations, they responded almost immediately. If I was looking to travel, or eat locally, David was full of knowledge on the area. Room has a full lock so your belongings are safe. The bathrooms are a little tight, so I do recommend only 1 person book these rooms, however, for the price point, it was exactly what I was looking for as a single male, and I recommend staying with David and Geraldina!

Magnolia's House was great for the price! Not to mention it is barely a 2 minute walk to the JSQ PATH train making it even easier for us commuters or those traveling with luggage and not wanting to use a ride share or taxi. The house keeper kept the place extremely clean and stocked, bathroom was also squeaky clean with extra toilet paper etc below the sink which I appreciated as I've stayed in plenty of places where that hasn't been the case and really grosses me out so I loved how clean they keep this space. The backyard is adorable and very nice to relax in. The rooms are quite small and again very clean, very comfy and have fridges and microwaves and a small closet too! Host was also very responsive and I really appreciated that!

The room is small but comfortable and it’s all what We needed. The area is residential 100% located within 5 min walk to the NJ light train very convenient!!! The amenities: soap, shampoo, conditioner & cotton balls & hair dryer were handy! We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked nice & had all the basics, I like the decor. Thank You for a great stay!

It was my 2nd time staying for a weekend and it definitely won’t be my last. Easy instructions given for check in. The room on the 3rd floor is very quiet, clean and comfy. There is also a nice patio on the second floor you can sit out and relax. Lots of food options in the area as well as deli’s. Very nice place and worth the stay!!
