If you carrying heavy suitcases, not recommend, because you need to climb many stairs. This room is actually in the 3rd floor. Other things are all good, I think is is so good to have washing machine and dryer in the room with such a price.

Perfect spot in Hoboken. We slept 6 comfortably. Beautiful day and night views of the city from across the Hudson. Steps away from a coffee spot, Empire, that remembered us and was excited to see us all week. 15 min walking to PATH train to get to mid manhattan and lower manhattan. Hosts were very responsive and kind. While in Hoboken, you have to go to Vito’s for an Italian sub and they have prepped homemade pastas ready to cook if you’re trying to have a night in. O’neils has the best burger in town. And if you’re looking for a pork roll, try them on the jalepeno cheddar at O’Bagels and on the Black Russian at JPs Bagels. This is the perfect quiet place to stay on your busy trip. Last thing, when you go to the city, get some food at Woorijip in Korea town. We could’ve ate there everyday.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with extras — from clean towels and sheets to blankets and kitchen amenities. The interior is truly impressive, with attention to detail that made the space feel welcoming and stylish. The location is also a big plus — a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood with plenty of beautiful spots nearby. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, always quick to reply and generous in sharing recommendations and local hotspots. The only downsides for us were the lack of a washing machine, which is quite essential for a family of five, and the absence of on-site parking. We had a private car and often had to park a bit farther away, which made things slightly difficult when returning late with the kids. Overall, a wonderful experience — thank you very much!

My friends and I stayed at Rich & Kim's bnb, and it was truly a 5* experience. Firstly, the location is great. Within walking distance of everything within Hoboken (including the PATH station). The house itself was beautifully decked out, the rooms were all great, the kitchen had everything we needed and they even have board games that you can play. We had a tiny problem, that Rich & Kim immediately fixed (when I say immediately, I'm serious). Their communication was 10/10 and it made my friends and I stay a blessing. If I could give a 10* rating, I would.

Great Stay at this place. It’s a brand new building with spacious apartment, very clean & generous home supplies. The team communicated very well. Street parking around the building is not easy to find but there is a parking which can be used.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to checkout. The neighborhood was peaceful, and I felt completely at home. I’d definitely stay here again highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great hospitality!

We had an incredible week at Chris's apartment and truly enjoyed our time there. Exactly as shown in the pictures of the listing, it is very thoughtfully furnished and decorated and we already felt at home right upon arrival. Also, the view of Manhattan and the FiDi in particular on the other side of the Hudson was mindblowing. We feel very thankful for the opportunity to stay at this lovely Airbnb, would love to book it again when in the NJ/NYC area and highly recommend it.

We stayed as a family of 4 in this homey apartment for 6 nights and just loved this place!

My partner and I came to stay here for an event at Liberty state park and Central park. With all of that walking there were two things that really stood out to us. One being how comfortable the bed was, we got amazing sleep here. Another was the water pressure in the shower, it was rejuvenating after the long days we had. Would love to stay here again

The home was exactly as described and very cleanly! We really appreciated all of the amenities and they made the stay even more comfortable. The kitchen is a bit of a tight fit, but had everything you need. There rest of the home is cozy yet roomy. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk around and explore local stores, including grocery stores, and restaurants as well as very accessible to public transit. My family and I used the station nearby nearly every day that we were there. It was an easy walk and there is a bus stop around the corner. Getting to New York or around New Jersey is a breeze! The noise from the bars wasn’t too noticeable, even on Friday night. We found that the loudest was late Friday while in the living room/near the windows as there were people on the sidewalk talking loudly. We really enjoyed our stay here and felt right at home. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again! The hosts were kind and responded quickly which was appreciated.

We enjoyed staying at the apartment which was very clean, well situated in a nice neighborhood, close to bus stops and restaurants. All the instructions were very clear to us, thank you Anne, hope to be back some day !

A perfect place for our 10 girlfriends, a HUGE beautiful kitchen and rooftop where we could all snack and relax. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Rainfall shower was exactly what we needed after a long day in the city. Hosts were extremely friendly and so easy to get in touch with prior especially as a planner. Parking is Jersey City parking BUT we got a spot easily. 10/10 would recommend and would love to stay again!

Location, location, location. Hoboken is a great place to visit and is walkable, however this apartment is right in the middle of it all so it works great for anything you want to do...waterfront, path to NYC and so many restaurants. I was there for my daughter's graduation from Stevens and it was about three blocks from her sorority house. I gave complete 5 stars on all except value as with all the fees it was almost 1,000 for two nights which was more than the W. No other hotels are close in distance so if you don't get the "W" than this works-but it is not upscale like the W. The building is an old walk up brownstone-but so cute, the apartment is basic, clean, first floor so no steps except front entrance. This is a solid place to stay but not luxurious. The bed was comfortable, shower a bit tight in size, we did not need the pull out so i can't comment on that. There is a great pizza/gelato place across the street and the walk to Wash is so close!

Had a great visit. The apartment is extremely well located, the neighborhood is peaceful, safe and filled with very nice places such as cafes or local restaurants. You will be 25 minutes from New York City top time by bus or express train. Hosts were very responsive, polite and accommodating. The apartment is clean and very convenient. It is spacious, the wifi works very well and in general, quite clean when I arrived. Thanks again for this stay that met my expectations!

Neha’s apartment was great for visiting New York City. Quick walk to the bus stop that drops you right off at 42nd street. Being to take multiple busses into the city was super convenient. The apartment itself was clean and designed very well. Very bright and spacious. My guest and I enjoyed having our own bedrooms and bathrooms during our 4 day stay. The kitchen with stocked with everything we needed and it was nice to have a refrigerator to store left overs. Bathrooms were cleaned and had several toiletries and supplies. The in-unit laundry worked well and was super convenient. While we spent most of our time in NYC, we did manage to walk around the neighborhood and checked out a local restaurant. Would recommend the neighborhood if you’re staying local. Overall great experience! Thank you, Neha!

The view of NYC is amazing, Airbnb was clean and as pictured, location is convenient to Hoboken and train/uber into city, nice building amenities and great communication with Zo and Paige. Would book again.
