Vacation rentals with a patio in Hoboken

We enjoyed staying at the apartment which was very clean, well situated in a nice neighborhood, close to bus stops and restaurants. All the instructions were very clear to us, thank you Anne, hope to be back some day !

A perfect place for our 10 girlfriends, a HUGE beautiful kitchen and rooftop where we could all snack and relax. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Rainfall shower was exactly what we needed after a long day in the city. Hosts were extremely friendly and so easy to get in touch with prior especially as a planner. Parking is Jersey City parking BUT we got a spot easily. 10/10 would recommend and would love to stay again!

Perfect for an overnight stay to NYC, as we booked tickets to see a show on broadway! It’s about an hour drive to get to NYC during the day. Parking was great, as it was onsite! Much better value to stay here instead of a hotel in NYC in my honest opinion (especially if you’re driving)!

We enjoyed every minute of this stay! The beds were the comfiest we’ve ever stayed in! The home was clean. Cute. Charming. Kristen communicated very quickly! Would for sure stay here again! Highly recommend!

The apartment is awesome. City views of NYC from the lounge room. Close to all the public transport you need. Zo & Paige were very communicative and friendly. Thank you for having us. Should we ever return to NYC/NJ we will definitely stay again.

Our stay in North Bergen at Mabel's place was fantastic. This is an adorable, clean and comfortable apartment with safe parking (not on the street) and very easy access to New York City. Mabel is an outstanding host. Not only is she friendly and helpful, but she responds almost immediately when messaged. I had questions about getting to New York by bus, and she responded right away with details and a map. She also was proactive in providing lots of good information before the trip and reaching out on the day of check-in to offer help if needed. Mabel should be a model for other hosts in how to communicate with guests!

Excellent host, Gonza is very responsive and gives clear instructions. The apartment was exactly as described and matched the photos. Very clean and had everything you needed and more! Even though it’s a bit of an effort to get to NYC I still prefer this over staying in a small expensive hotel room in the city, if you like peace and quiet then you will enjoy staying here! The neighbourhood is also quiet and I felt safe which was the main highlight.

Judee’s place provided a great place for our multigenerational family to stay while in town for a graduation. The place was well laid out and gave us all enough space to spread out. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything you need. Judee is very responsive and got back to us very quickly and takes great care and concern in her property. The only down side is parking more than one car was difficult. Just plan to have one and you’ll be all set. Definitely recommend!

Our stay at this AirB&B was absolutely perfect for our large family of seven. The spacious accommodations allowed everyone to settle in comfortably, and we all fit together quite well. The beds were incredibly cozy, and I found myself wishing I could take the mattresses home with me. The pillows, too, were wonderfully soft—such a contrast to those at hotels that tend to leave your neck aching. We had everything we needed to relax and, if we desired, prepare our own meals. The host was exceptionally attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we felt pampered and well-cared for, almost akin to staying at a five-star hotel. I had conducted thorough research before our trip, knowing that parking was crucial for our large group. This place was truly ideal; while it may take some time to reach New York City, that's only due to traffic, not distance. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that met all our needs!

We had a fantastic stay at the Jose & Melissa’s house during our New York trip. The location was super convenient—just a quick Uber into Manhattan, but with the added bonus of being in a quieter, more relaxed neighborhood. Perfect balance for exploring the city while having a peaceful place to recharge at night. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing and host was responsive and friendly, offering helpful local tips and making check-in smooth and hassle-free. We had a lovely stay! Looked just like the photos and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. Conveniently located near MetLife Stadium which was our whole purpose of staying here. Would def stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, Nur was great. We loved the basket of treats. Well stocked kitchen. Super comfy beds. Wonderful water pressure in showers.Thank you Nur. It was perfect.

I stayed here with my girlfriends as a college roommate reunion. It was the perfect place for us to hang out and to have as a landing spot for doing lots in the city and wanting to have a small town to walk around in. We took ubers multiple times from the place, and there were no issues with drivers being able to locate it. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone. Plus, Cody was an excellent host; always responsive and friendly!

Of all the AirBnBs I've stayed in, Andres was the most amazing host. He provided tons of information about the area and even how to use the public transportation. We spent most of our time at Liberty State Park and it was easy to get there via the Light Rail. I'm not a city girl (nor is my family), so I wouldn't necessarily let my teen son walk down the street by himself, but we didn't run into any problems. The house was lovely inside and I think the king bed was amazing! I think we'll have to consider getting one like that for home! Andres provides so much, from information, toiletries, sheets and towels, and even laundry detergent. It was almost like staying in a hotel with all the amenities, but you got a whole house. When local events required us to check in earlier than expected ,Andres was super helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Andres and his home to those looking for a rental in the area.

Mary Jeans home was beautiful. Convenient location for what we needed for the weekend. Mary Jean was an extremely responsive and helpful host. She went above and beyond to help accommodate us. Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . Fantastic place to stay if you’re visiting New York. You can get to Manhattan via a train station close by. The place itself was spacious, clean and had all the essentials, and the dedicated parking garage was such a nice convenience. Kelly is a super kind and communicative host. Thanks for hosting us!

Erika was incredibly responsive, and the place is very clean and comfortable. The area seems like in a pocket of a bad area, but it was hard to tell at night since my stay was brief - just overnight. There were a couple of abandoned houses on the street, but a couple streets over, there were beautiful homes next to Lincoln Park. Research the area beforehand if that’s an issue for you. Overall I was very happy with my stay. Erika was an awesome host!

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. Faisal’s place was not only immaculate but even more beautiful in person than the pictures (and the pictures were already giving). Everything was clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The beds were more than enough for our group-everyone had space, and even the couch was cozy enough to knock out on. Faisal was a gem. Super responsive, kind, and really accommodating. You could tell he actually cares about his guests having a good experience. His check-in instructions were crystal clear- no confusion, no stress. We genuinely had no complaints…just a quick heads-up that there are quite a few stairs, so that’s something to keep in mind for folks with mobility concerns. But honestly, that was the only thing. Everything else was peaceful, beautifully kept, and exactly what we needed for our little getaway. If we get the chance, we’d 100% stay here again. Hi! We had a great experience at the Airbnb! The house was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The proximity to the journal square is definitely a bonus! The place matched the photos and description. Both Divyanshi and Raja were very responsive!

The Haüs of Bliss was just as cozy and kinky as advertised! My partner and I had a wonderful weekend there and loved every minute of it! The projector in the play room was also a wonderful touch where we could watch a movie or show when we wanted to take some breaks. We had so much fun and would definitely come back.
