overall this place was amazing. perfect location right across from circle k and a grocery store. food at your front door and minutes from old quarter. the host was excellent. would definitely stay here again

It was raining a lot while we were checking in and needed to carry big luggage through the stairs on second floor. Wasn’t a good start. But the room is so clean cozy and beautiful! out of our expectations, I’d say nicer than photos haha:) it’s at the corner sometime you would hear the sound from ambulances not sure if there’s hospitals nearby. But overall I recommend this nice place. Walkable to everywhere and enjoy much local food around

We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

Great air bnb, Rosie was very responsive and helpful. Very clean with beautiful soft linen. Greta location in the French quarter.

Modern, spacious and clean apartment. Hosts were very prompt at responding and were understanding when we needed assistance. Good location near old quarter - safe area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Provided drinking water throughout our stay and included weekly cleaning services. Would highly recommend staying here. One thing to note is that it is set across four floors so not ideal if you struggle with stairs.

Uyen’s place gets 5 stars because of the price point. The instructions were very clear which in Hanoi sometimes it can be difficult to correctly find a place quickly. However, regardless of price it should be noted that although the Air B&B pictured and the one I actually was given are similar, the one pictured looks way nicer than the one you actually get. The stairs are carpeted, the one pictured on Air B&B is much sharper, the mattress is on the floor which isn’t a big deal but still, it’s clearly not what is pictured. Like I said, for the price point it’s still a great deal and would recommend.

We loved staying here! The location is pretty neat, easy to walk around and it’s near the famous Train Street. There’s a good pho place just around the corner, and several other delicious restaurants as well. The unit was also VERY clean, very neat and they have AC and elevator!

His instruction helped us to use the facilities inside the apartment and he also gave some nice recommendations to visit considering that I am foreigner. It was confusing to use the bath in the first glance but he instructed well to use it so it was quite helpful. He is responsive within short period of time. I would definitely recommend others to visit and stay in his apartment and in case if I visit Hanoi again, I can comfortably book his apartment again.

J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement situé en plein centre de Hanoï. L’appartement est propre, bien décoré, calme et très bien équipé. L'hôte a été très accueillante, réactive et attentionnée. Elle m’a donné de bons conseils pour explorer la ville et découvrir la cuisine locale. Je recommande vivement ce logement à toute personne cherchant un endroit confortable, central et authentique à Hanoï. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Hanoi! We had a fantastic stay at Panoramic 7Vista Glass View - Hanoi Old Quarter (Chat Homestay). Our host, Ha Giangs, and co-host Nguyen were incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout our visit. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a stunning panoramic view of the city. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with easy access to key attractions, cafes, local shops, and cultural sites. It made exploring Hanoi both convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located, welcoming, and scenic place to stay in Hanoi!

3 friends and I had been traveling through Vietnam and Hanoi was our final destination before heading home. We truly enjoyed the location of this place and the walk ability it provided. You enter through a business on the bottom floor to get to your apartment, but the people were extremely friendly and made you feel welcomed. The apartment was stocked with beer and snacks that you could purchase at a very reasonable price and unlimited filtered drinking water was provided at no cost. Most of our interactions were with host Tuyen. He was very friendly and went above and beyond’s to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a great location and have access to friendly hosts.

Many people who travel around the would, do so for a few reason. To experience other cultures, to experience local food, and to make connections with locals. The world thrives on human connections. Trung is such a pure, kind human being. Always smiling, he made my stay. Even asking if I was feeling ok and he can do anything for me when I woke up late. He wanted to make sure my health and safety were ok. It’s humans like this I want to continue to support. Thank you Trung for being such a friendly host! Besides an amazing person, he place was absolutely perfect! Tuck away in the back of a Main Street and quiet. It was perfect size for a solo travelers or couple. Plus the most comfortable bed I have slept on in Asia in a long time. Spending a little more on great bedding goes a long way. Trust me, I own an Airbnb in the states. Highly recommended! We have no doubt we will be back to see Trung again!

Tôi rất ấn tượng với vị trí và thiết kế của ngôi nhà, nó mang đúng nghĩa trải nghiệm 1 không gian địa phương của người Hà Nội,chiếc ban công là 1 điểm cộng nơi bạn có thể thoải mái thư giãn và yên tĩnh, ở dưới tòa nhà buối sáng có rất nhiều hàng ăn nên thưởng thức và tôi thực sự thích khi ở đây, San còn là một chủ nhà tuyệt vời với rất nhiều các đề xuất và đã đặt xe hộ chúng tôi từ sân bay, nhất định sẽ trở lại nơi nay 1 lần nữa!

とても滞在しやすい場所です。 近くには有名なフォーやブンチャーの店もあり朝からローカルグルメを楽しめます。 旧市街にはGrabタクシーを使ってすぐに行けます。 部屋には滞在に必要なものは揃っていてワイングラスがあったのは嬉しかったです。 洗濯機と乾燥機は共同で使えるものが1階にあります。 オーナーとのコミニケーションはすぐに取れるため、色々な事を相談にのってくれます。 9日滞在して最高でした。 ハノイに行く時は、また利用させて下さい。

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

Lovely place. The staff at the building were all very nice and considerate. I'd choose this place over newer apartments without room service and concierge service any day. The serenity is also hard to find in Hanoi.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.

This is a gorgeous little place, very cozy, in a perfect location. The building is nice, in a location that is still quiet while being only a minute or two from the lake, from restaurants, coffee shops, nice bars, everything! Its a quaint place with good AC, ample space for working and relaxing, with a washing machine as a nice bonus, and all the plants and garden really make it feel like home. Communication was great - Thuy is very helpful and proactive in sharing information and being responsive. Be aware of some noise in the building, but then again you're not going to find a place in Hanoi that doesn't have noise! Would definitely come again.
