We stayed at Thao’s place for almost 3 weeks and it truly felt like home away from home. So sad to leave! The apartment is super spacious and nicely decorated. There are 3 balconies to choose from and a gorgeous rooftop! It is bright and clean and you rarely hear the noise from the street or neighbours. Location is great - away from the madness of the old town but easily walkable. The local area has great restaurants and cafes too. This apartment would be perfect for a short or a long stay. Thao goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. She is kind, responsive and helpful. Truly an incredible host. We will definitely be back should we return to Hanoi. Thank you so much!

First of all I stayed with my 4 year old daughter. Lien was a great host, she was very responsive when it comes to replying to all my messages as well as giving the instructions to meet the airport pick up and to get into the room. As other reviewers mentioned , yes indeed the noise was there after 7pm until 11 ish pm, it was quite loud luckily wasn't really bothered my daughter as she was able to sleep through the noise. I didn't expect much since I read the reviews before booking the place. It was exactly as other reviewers described , e.g. a few furniture isn't the same as the photo and because the photo was taken with wide camera angle so then it look bigger . We chose this unit , because we liked the area as it was closed to where I needed to be , and we only use the room to sleep in the night as we spent whole day outside. I could say overall stay was okay.

I stayed for a month and was very happy with the apartment. The lake view and the balcony is awesome. It is fully equipped and cooking was possible. There is staff in the building from 7 am to 11 pm and they are generally helpful though there could have been some more explanations at checkin. Overall this a great place to stay!

Great stay. The pictures are a bit older than the current state of the apartment; however, it was clean and equipped with the essentials :) Location is a bit outside the city so if you like the calm it is a good place.

Perfect place for a stay in Hanoi. We had 3 months and loved it. Most things are walkable, you have all you need close by if you are not in the mood for walking. For us, it was perfect. The apartment might not be brand new, but it is in perfect condition and is well-kept. We felt at home. We had read about the noise from the school across the street - and true, some days they like their loudspeaker a little too much, but it was usually only for a short time. It was nothing major for us. The apartment is a little strange. I guess it was designed by a very creative person, but it made it a little fun. We highly recommend this place and will certainly pick it if we return to Hanoi.

I could rate this stay 10/5 if I could. Hosts were so friendly and responsive. Gave great recommendations and helpful in all sorts of ways! Eg. sorted out our airport transfers for a reasonable price, laundry was also sent straight to our room from the dryer while we were out exploring. Felt right at home and well taken care of the entire time. Flat was also really clean and tidy with all the usual amenities.

We had a perfect stay at Harry’s Residence! We arrived early from Sapa on the sleeper train and booked an extra night to check in early—everything was seamless, and we were able to settle in by 6am, which was such a relief. The room was clean, cozy, and immediately made us feel refreshed after our journey. The reception staff were very friendly, and the location is excellent—most of the places on our itinerary were just a 10–15 minute walk away. The hosts were also super responsive and helpful with our questions. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend booking this place, I felt super safe and comfortable. The hosts were amazing every single one of them. They were responsive, and super nice. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was spotless, they also offer room cleaning services, which was great! They have tour recommendations, we didn’t use any but it was a plus. It’s in a walkable distance to the train street, beer street, and old quarter. I highly recommend booking:)

Overall, the place was in a good location with easy access to cafes and shops. The place could’ve been up kept a little better but overall it was good.

The response before and during the stay was very timely, which was great. We chose the famous bahn mi 25 baguette shop nearby for breakfast. The taste was good, and there were many empty seats in the morning, so there was no need to queue. Later in the day, you could see a lot of people queuing.

Great location. The rooms are really nice and clean. The cleaning services are on point. The host is super nice and friendly. I will probably stay here everytime I visit Hanoi

This room is really great!

The location was great , right in the centre of the old quarter. The room is lit up all day long with natural light from two walls of windows which made the stay very enjoyable. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive and quick to reply.

The host was helpful and friendly. The room was exactly as described and we slept well. Best AC that we had on our trip! The room was on the 4th floor and there wasn't an elevator, but that wasn't a problem in our opinion. The host even let us keep our bags there after we checked out. Great experience!
