overall this place was amazing. perfect location right across from circle k and a grocery store. food at your front door and minutes from old quarter. the host was excellent. would definitely stay here again

Nhung's apartment was the perfect place to stay within the Old Quarter. Nestled down a private alley between popular nightclubs and restaurants, we were immediately enjoying the vibrant and bustling atmosphere of the Old Quarter at our doorstep at all hours. Nhung's instructions on how to locate and access the apartment ensures a smooth self check in process and her team of co-hosts ensures that any questions you might have are answered thoroughly, thoughtfully and in a timely manner. Nhung's apartment was comfortable and spacious. The washing machine coupled with a sun-soaked undercover balcony is an underrated combination which makes staying for several days and keeping clean and fresh and absolute breeze. I would love to revisit the apartment when I return to Hanoi!

It was raining a lot while we were checking in and needed to carry big luggage through the stairs on second floor. Wasn’t a good start. But the room is so clean cozy and beautiful! out of our expectations, I’d say nicer than photos haha:) it’s at the corner sometime you would hear the sound from ambulances not sure if there’s hospitals nearby. But overall I recommend this nice place. Walkable to everywhere and enjoy much local food around

The space was clean and peaceful. A nice place to relax after long days of walking. Good distance to many attractions and food spots. Host was very responsive and helpful with instructions to find the place.

Great location. Although the apartment faces the street, the isolation is excellent and there is no noise. Top floor toilet and very low shower maybe 170, but clean and tidy and really fine. Hui is serviceable and available . Arranged for us transportation from the field. That we will be in Hanoi, we will be back for sure. Warmly recommended.

Diep’s place was wonderful, it was a nice little escape in the bustling cities of hanoi and I cannot recommend staying here enough!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Hanoi! We had a fantastic stay at Panoramic 7Vista Glass View - Hanoi Old Quarter (Chat Homestay). Our host, Ha Giangs, and co-host Nguyen were incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout our visit. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a stunning panoramic view of the city. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with easy access to key attractions, cafes, local shops, and cultural sites. It made exploring Hanoi both convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located, welcoming, and scenic place to stay in Hanoi!

Amazing place and close to everything in the old quarter. Emily is the best host you can have, she sent all advices regarding Hanoi before even we asked for any. Will come back again sure!

3 friends and I had been traveling through Vietnam and Hanoi was our final destination before heading home. We truly enjoyed the location of this place and the walk ability it provided. You enter through a business on the bottom floor to get to your apartment, but the people were extremely friendly and made you feel welcomed. The apartment was stocked with beer and snacks that you could purchase at a very reasonable price and unlimited filtered drinking water was provided at no cost. Most of our interactions were with host Tuyen. He was very friendly and went above and beyond’s to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a great location and have access to friendly hosts.

Lan is a fantastic host, always responsive and very helpful. We were met on arrival and helped with our bags. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, but the stairs are easy to use, being half height with a gentle sloop. The place is 2 rooms (a living room with a double bed and the bedroom), and a nice size bathroom with very hot water. Both rooms have their own balcony. While you're close to a corner and overlook a busy road the place is well soundproofed and has a double layer of doors, so is very quiet. The kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay. The building has around 80 units, the vast majority occupied by locals, so you feel part of the community. Being in old town you're close to everything, including great cafes and restaurants. While there some renovation was being done on a neighbouring apartment. This was disturbing but Lan's husband spoke with the workers and they agreed to keep the noise down at the start of the day. Highly recommend staying.

We had a really wonderful stay. The location was very convenient, making it easy for us to get around and enjoy our trip. The place itself was clean, comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out to us was the hospitality of the hosts- Ryan, Trung and Tea. They were incredibly friendly and approachable, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. All throughout our trip, they were available to assist us with anything we needed. from answering our questions, giving recommendations and even assisted us with our tour and service back to the airport. Their support truly made a difference in our experience, and we’re so grateful for their kindness and attentiveness. We would definitely stay here again. Listing looked like described. There is everything you need in the area. I liked that it was much quieter than in the city. The hostess was always available for questions. I had a wonderful stay.

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

Son was an amazing host! From the moment I arrived, he made me feel completely at home. He was always responsive and available whenever I needed anything, and even went out of his way to check in on me and make sure I was doing alright. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely love to visit again. Highly recommend!
