Had a wonderful stay. The location was great; Close to the old quarter. Kevin was very responsive and super kind.

As a sole traveler it did the job. Based in the old quarter and in a residential block, you get the local experience.

Great place to stay in Hanoi, easy to walk around. Alex is very kind and helpful, I highly recommend her place if you come to Hanoi ☺️

TPlace’s location is ideal walking distance to the French Quarter and Old Quarter, with 24/7 security and basic amenities (fridge, TV, washer). The apartment was tastefully furnished and clean, though I expected a more upscale space based on the photos. It mentions that the apartment is next to the Ritz-Carlton indicating that the hotel exists but there was no Ritz-Carlton, at least at the point of my 9-day stay. Small drawbacks kept it from perfect (e.g., street noises all day/night, small, better bedsheets as mine was terribly used, hand towels, no Netflix subscription to English movies, small fixes). Otherwise, the apartment, although small, was ideal for me and my partner as we each got our own rooms.

The location was fabulous and Kevin was a super responsive host! Great deal for the value! So many amazing places to eat within walking distance so we did not do any cooking (kitchen was a bit sparse and not super clean but we only needed coffee cups and the fridge which were both clean). Bedding was perfectly clean and comfortable! Tub experience was not quite how it looked in the photos but was still wonderful after long flights! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Kevin! Quick tip: Hidden Gem Coffee is a super cool cafe! Great coffee and breakfast and funky recycled decor! And incredibly friendly staff! We loved it!

We have also gone on a Nihn Bihn tour which Alex suggested and helped us book. It was a very nice tour!

i had to transact on airbnb becos Booking failed. but in the process of the admin mayhem, Chau was extremely helpful and super patient. she called Booking for me and demonstrated so much honesty and to make things as easy as possible for me. The apartment was great, only tht we booked with the expectation of a washing machine. perhaps Booking didn separate the photos for diff rooms. but it’s okay. Chau is a great host and she’s very helpful. the apartment has also pretty much everything else you need. and amidst the chilly weather, the heater in the toilet was super. it’s overall a very comfy place. oh, and the balcony is great too!

Very good room, full of amenities Keep in mind for those of you who are interested, because this is Vinhomes condominium, it is very private and selfcheckin.

It was our first vacation at Hanoi and Hung’s place made it a special one (; His place was amazing and Hung’s hospitality was also amazing!

So sad to leave I WISH I could stay forever. Firstly the hosts are AMAZING they provided super good recommendation the bun cha around the corner seriously is one of the best I’ve had in the city. The house is also surrounded by cute cafes with great drinks. But if you are lucky and the host family are in they will invite you for coffee upstairs their coffee machine is amazing. Another great feature of the house is the toilet. It’s JAPANESE I was finding excuses to sit on that thing and press all the buttons, the drying feature is CRAZYYYY, like a warm hug :))) I would HEAVILY recommend this place anyone who wants a great local experience of Hanoi the hosts are so welcoming and have lived in Hanoi forever, true locals with all the insider tips and tricks!! You won’t regret a stay here.

The space was amazing, it made me feel exactly at home from the state. There was everything that I needed at the place. The host was very accommodating and super responsive. We even got a chance to stop by his pickleball courts to play as well. If you guys are into pickleball then Viet Anh is your go to guy! Overall I love the experience this place had provided for me. Will definitely be rebooking once I come back to Hanoi.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Hanoi! Aan and the team were incredibly responsive and made us feel well taken care of from the start. The apartment itself has been beautifully renovated—bright, clean, and very comfortable. The bed and linens were top quality, and we especially appreciated the plentiful hot water in the shower! The location was fantastic for us—we enjoy staying in local neighborhoods, and this one was very convenient. Everything we needed was just a short walk away, including great restaurants, banks, shops, and even Hoan Kiem Lake. We’d happily stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Kevin‘s place was satisfactory and the apartment is well located. It’s well equipped, and we actually used the bathtub and we actually used the bathtub. It’s worth noting that it’s on the sixth floor. Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay.
