We had a great stay here! The apartment was clean, tidy, and exactly as pictured. It’s located on the top floor, so just be aware the stairs are quite narrow and steep—but this wasn’t an issue for us. The housekeeper was incredibly friendly and helpful, and generously let us store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which made a big difference. The aircon was icy cold too. The bathroom was decent overall—clean enough, though the infinity tub could use a bit more attention and the showerhead was quite loose (hanging by a wire). That said, these were minor things and didn’t impact our stay. Would definitely recommend for the location, hospitality, and overall comfort! 5/5!

Cozy place feel like back to my old home when I was a child. Love it

This accommodation was really beautiful and perfectly located in the old quarter of Hanoi. There's loads to see and do all within a close walking distance. The hosts were brilliant and very friendly. They sorted an extra night stay for us on short notice and arranged taxis to and from the airport for us. One of the best places to stay in the city, I highly recommend.

Juan’s place is great for a group of 8 people. The space is big, clean and wonderful. However, it still lacks of some essential thing such as toilet paper and spoon. It could be better if the host provides better cleaning service!

Mino was such a good host, very responsive and always helped me! I stayed there for 40 days and was really good, quiet, and private. I will always remember that mini apartment as a home. Is easy to get inside, you have lots to do in the old quarter and at night you are near pub street. If you want to enjoy the tourist area of Hanoi, this is the spot!! If you are more than 1m 60cm be careful with the bed.

Huong's place is a definite go-to especially during the weekends. The night market is just directly outside the alleyway of her place. I recommend booking before Friday 6PM so as to avoid the traffic during check in. Most of the souvenir shops are nearby and even the famous Shark Jaw building. The place is clean and cozy - a one-bedroom apartment with 3 beds. The AC is cold and Netflix is available. Best option for big circle of friends or family. Huong was kind enough to wait for us to be checked in and guided us towards the place. She's very accommodating and responsive and has provided good recommendations around the place. So, if you want to experience the night market with less hassle, choose this place.

I usually don't write reviews but this one really deserves the review. Linh was such a sweet host we reached hanoi at 3 am she was super responsive and taxi was ready when we got out. The property is a very cozy sweet super clean room spacious enough or 4 people. Check in was easy and Linh was just amazing host made our day easy. Also the room is in such convenient location.

Very friendly very helpful. Always fast reply. Helped me with flexible check-in/ checkout time. And even laundry as well! Felt the Vietnamese people’s warmest welcome:) Highly recommend this place, the view by the lake you can see with 1 min walk from the accommodation, it’s amazing in daytime and nighttime.

Very good stay! The area is really really nice, very enjoyable to walk around the lake in the evening, and less air pollution than other places in Hanoi. You have a Winmart and a Circle K very close by. The room is nice, not too small, there is a large desk to work comfortably, everything is clean, air conditioning is very good and internet is fast enough. There is a basic kitchen that you can use if you make your own meals. or you can find restaurants very easily at walking distance. I didn't see the host in person but she always replied quickly to messages, very good communication. Overall the week i spent here was good, everything went super smooth

The district is close to the Ming District, there is not much car horn, in terms of transportation, it is also convenient to the tourist area, the people of the surrounding restaurants are friendly, Jason and jacky are friendly, kind and helpful, this accommodation is definitely worth staying again.

The apartment was exactly as pictured: clean, spacious, and well-equipped.We loved the view from the balcony.The kitchen was a bit small, but it had everything we needed.Our host Helen was was incredibly responsive and helpful. She provided great local recommendations.We highly recommend it.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

The place is located on the Main Street making every thing easily accessible. We felt right at home on entering the apartment. The home is well lit and feels very warm with everything placed the way it is :) The host has been very kind during every conversation and has always given prompt response. It is easy to find a grocery store around as well. I would definitely recommend this place if one wants to stay in the lovely chaos of old quarter.

I had a good stay at Hien’s apartment, everything was as expected, the apartment is spotlessly clean and has nice lake view. Everything works - hot water, aircons etc. There are many eateries and cafes around. I chose the place as it’s near my parents’ house, and definitely hope to lease it again.
