En aktiv ferie i Nationalpark Mols, ved strand og skov. Vandre- og cykelture, nær Ree Park, Kattegatcentret og Djurssommerland.

Cozy appartement in townhouse

Ha’ det sjovt med familien i vores stilfulde bolig. Direkte adgang til gård og have med trampolin. Stort køkken alrum og tilhørende rum til leg samt Playstation og værelset kan bruges som aflukket soveværelse med gode madrasser. Ovenpå er der stue, to børneværelser med dobbeltsenge og et soveværelse samt badeværelse med stort karbad. Trampolin og legehus i haven. Der er legeplads med skaterbane lige rundt om hjørnet, byens bedste isbutik lige overfor samt skov og strand 5-15 min væk på gåben.

2 etager penthouse - altan nær uni, skov og strand

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, både by, universitetet, skov og strand. Trøjborg er en gammel og hyggelig bydel, som er populær at bo i. Lejlighedens bedste sted er altanen med udsigt over skov, hav og Århus Ø. Der er oftest læ og perfekt til at sole sig på. Stue og spisestue er et stort rum, så der er god plads til at være flere sammen. På 1. Sal har vi 1 seng, 2 madrasser /et legerum og en arbejdsplads med udsigt over byen. Lejligheden er stille og man hører ikke meget til naboerne.

Apartment of 65m2 in fantastic surroundings on mols. Possibility of lots of activities. At Øer Maritime holiday city, there is a departure for the swimming pool, sauna, large playground with bouncy castle, mini golf, tennis, football fields, beach volleyball and indoor janitor's court. (Some facilities are subject to payment) The apartment is right next to calm water where you can paddleboard, rent a bicycle boat, etc. Grocer, restaurant and laundry in the holiday town.

Stor lejlighed 20 min fra Århus i hyggelig landsby

Stor lejlighed med to soveværelser, eget badeværelse, køkken samt stor stue med spiseplads, hjørnesofa og fladskærm. Vi udlejer underetagen af vores hus (100 kvm med egen indgang) . Lejligheden har alt, hvad I behøver for et hyggeligt ophold. Vi er placeret med noget af Jyllands flotteste natur lige udenfor døren samt to minutters kørsel til Stilling Badesø som, med sit rene vand med blå flag, lille sandstrand og badebro, er et lille Mekka om sommeren.

Dette er en meget unik bolig på en af de mest rolige veje i Aarhus nær strand og skov. Huset er kun 10 min cykeltur fra Aarhus centrum og alligevel føler du ikke du er i byen. Start dagen ud med en dukkert eller gå ned til den lokale bager. Forstaden Risskov har et fint indkøbs-, café- og restaurant miljø hvor du kan finde alt hvad hjertet begærer. Vi lejer ud i nogle weekender eller når vi selv tager på ferie - skriv endelig hvis du har spørgsmål.

The holiday home is located in the beautiful and popular "Øer Maritime Ferieby" 4 km from Ebeltoft, so there is not far to experiences in the old, charming town with its small fine shops and eateries. The home appears brand new and 2021 was the first year it was used for rental. The apartment is arranged over 2 floors, and with terrace areas on both sides of the home, there are good opportunities to enjoy the sun and outdoor life.
