House vacation rentals in Hjortshøj

Cozy summer house in which we felt comfortable right away. The house is tastefully decorated, had enough space for four of us and has a fully equipped kitchen. It then became really cozy by the fireplace. The beds were very comfortable. We would come back.

We had a great time in Nadia's lovingly furnished summer house! We didn't miss anything and it really had everything you need for a toddler. Communication with Nadia was great and the location was perfect close to the sea! I'd love to come back :)

A really good experience from booking to checkout. The cottage matched the description perfectly. Really nice, good bedrooms and very clean and tidy on arrival. Everyone, from young to old, had a great time. We'd love to come back another time.

Lovely house with beautiful garden. Lots of entertainment for children (trampoline, playhouse, football goals). The house is spacious, and equipped with every comfort. Absolutely recommended! Owners Kasper and Vicki are very attentive, and always respond very quickly and kindly to messages. They also have nice and good tips! With light rail great connection to the centre of Århus. Furthermore, you can do enough by car in the area.

The house had a very modern and open architecture as seen on the pictures. It is located in an area with newly developed single family homes, many of which in a similar style. Kenneth was always friendly and responsive for any questions I had. Overall we had a great time with our two kids throughout the week that we stayed there. Kenneth's cat was a regular visitor and was loved by our kids (the cat couldn't be found before the host left for their own vacation and therefore couldn't be brought to the cat pension).

Beautiful spacious house, equipped with all the comforts. The surroundings are beautiful, the village has a convenient location with good amenities Jens-Hendrik responds quickly and thoughtfully. Recommended for future vacationers.

We were two people for a single night, which we booked the same day. Jane was super flexible and accommodating, the home matched the description. Will use Jane again if I need accommodation in that area.

Great house. Very good for many people. The house was beautiful and incoming, fresh flowers were set out. Clean towels in all the rooms, soap for hair, and body were set out in the bathrooms. Susanne, the host has a cafe next to the building where we could pick up our lunch - super delicious .

Our stay in Ebeltoft was absolutely amazing. Peter is very nice and met us at the home and showed us around and gave us tips and tricks. The home is very clean and there were really beautiful lilies in the vase. With a view over the water and sunset in the evening, we just enjoyed our stay. Peter wrote to us to see if everything was as it should be and wished us a safe trip home. I have nothing but positive things to say about the host and the place. Definitely worth a visit.

The pearl near the forest and beach was as described. Easy to find. Nice enclosed yard where we could let our dog out…even dog toys, and inside there was everything we needed.

Rich single-family home in quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our family of 5 had some great days with a short distance to most things. The house is even nicer than what it appears on the listing. We got lots of great tips and follow-up from the host regarding places to visit or the house itself - felt well taken care of. Here we felt very safe and comfortable. Our smallest children (3, 6) were able to move freely inside and out, without us feeling we had to follow. Lots of entertainment for them and eldest of 16. Here we are more than happy to visit again.

It was just fantastic. Upon arrival, I just felt cozy. The house is so lovingly furnished, with so much attention to detail. It is actually much nicer and absolutely corresponds to the photos and the description. I was happy about rainy and windy days. After a long walk on the beach at Rygårde Strand or kiting in Grenaa, you could sit comfortably by the fireplace and enjoy a hot chocolate. The surroundings are so beautifully quiet and yet you have a small supermarket 500 m away that is open every day. It was a great time and my husband and I were totally relaxed in the end. We met Maiken herself a couple of times and she is a kind-hearted person. She also had some tips for the area and also for our kite-surfing heart :). It was nice to meet you. A big thank you!

We were very comfortable while visiting family in Hjortsjoj for a family party. The town is so beautiful and a great stay just outside of the beautiful city of Arhus. It is a quick train ride in, or quick drive.

Highly recommended for a family get-away close to the beach and with plenty of things to do in the wider area (30-45 min drives).

Great place for us as a family of four! We felt very warm welcomed. The kids loved the garden and the toys in the house. We had everything to prepare nice meals and enjoy them at the big table with nice nature views.

We stayed with our family with 3 daughters for a week in Ane Elizabeth's house. It is a nice, comfortable and clean house in a great location. Aarhus is easy to reach by tram and the beach is close by. The neighborhood is quiet and fun for children. We recommend this cottage!

Lovely home for a weekend getaway :)

Sissel’s home is a modern, comfortable house with all the features for modern life. It has a large open living and a spacious garden with several seating areas, offering both sunshine and shade. The house is located in a typically Danish residential area, at walking distance from several convenience stores and the light-rail station. We enjoyed our nearly daily walk to the nearby bakery, selling a variety of breads and the famous Wiener brød. The light-rail takes only 20 minutes to take you to Aarhus city center. We felt really welcome and appreciated Sissel’s hospitality. It was a wonderful base to explore Aarhus and the rest of northern Jutland.

Our stay at this Airbnb was beautiful! Lone's house is very nice, tastefully decorated and clean. We particularly liked the quiet location and the beautiful garden. Our host was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. She welcomed us warmly and was always helpful and available throughout our stay. She always responded quickly and gave us great tips for things to do nearby.
