It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. The house is located in Mårup on Nordøen, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There is 900 m as the crow flies between both sides of the beach. The house is spacious, high to the ceiling and with many cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characteristic of Nordøen, it starts right outside the door. Nordøen has shopping, restaurants and specialty stores. We have the specialty store HØST and a Wine & Coffee Bar. The gallery is with Pernille's works and Jakob's works can be found in the Café. The perfect family house for 4 adults or a family with 2-3 children. Or 2 who just want to relax in inspiring surroundings. A creative home with cozy nooks in the garden with hammocks, a fire pit, basketball hoop, trampoline and gazebo. Lots of places for both peace, play and fun. The house is centrally located in the village of Hjortshøj, not far from the forest and with opportunities for shopping locally. There is a lovely beach 2.5 km away and Aarhus is 20 minutes away. The house consists of two children's rooms and one bedroom.

In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Charming and modernized cottage at Dejret Strand on Mols. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the sea. The cottage sleeps 4 people. Cozy living room with high ceilings and beautiful kitchen. There is sun all day on the terrace. In-ground trampoline, sandbox, fire pit, etc. Mols Bjerge has many beautiful hikes. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

The house is really nicely located on the property with a fantastic view over the passage of the seasons in Mols Bjerge.
