Lovely cottage only 400 meters from the beach

Cozy and well-maintained cottage within walking distance to child-friendly bathing beach close to forest and nature. The house is on one level with room for 5-6 guests and an annex with room for 2. In the bedroom there is a bed of 160x200 and in the living room a sofa bed of about the same size when it is turned out, in the other room there is a bed of 120x200 where there is room for 2 children/young people. The annex contains a bed of 140x200, it is insulated and has a radiator. Some will think that 7 adults are too many due to the size of the house.

Quiet country house, close to Aarhus

Cozy apartment at our lovely country house Edelslund with lots of fresh air, peace and quiet. It is located in the small town of Norring 3 km from Hinnerup. There is a lovely south facing terrace with solar heated outdoor shower and a great view of fields. The apartment is 73 m3 with its own entrance from the courtyard where it is possible to park. The apartment consists of kitchen-living room and living room, bathroom with user, bedroom with double bed. In the living room there is the possibility of 2 extra sleeping places on the sofa.

Guest house in a rural setting close to Silkeborg

The property is part of a 3-length courtyard with its own unobstructed and enclosed garden with attached terrace. The home is located in rural surroundings but at the same time close to shopping and Silkeborg city. The home is all the way up the road but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected- especially during weekdays and during harvest time. It is 2 km to shopping and 7 km to Silkeborg city centre. Everyone is welcome. Relax in a cozy and calm environment. Fun A house with wood-burning stove, Sauna in the garden and cold water bath. There is also access to Sminge Sø, Gudenåen and the Bird Tower. Almost right next to Svostrup Kro. A nice walk along Gudenåen. Pets are allowed. We have a dog ourselves, so the grounds are fenced. In addition, we have a small boat by the lake where you can sail a little down by Gudenåen and fish. Smoking inside is not allowed. There is coffee and tea in the house as well as wood for the sauna.

There is a fully equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms with 5 beds total. The home is located in hilly terrain suitable for bike rides. The bike race Rondevanborum each drives past the house every spring.

Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold. Max 3 uger

There is a separate entrance, a separate bathroom/toilet and a kitchen with crockery, electric kettle, single hob etc. Sofa bed of good quality. There is access to a pavilion with a barbecue and the option of a wilderness bath and outdoor shower (by agreement).
