Our apartment is located outside the city center. On foot you can reach it in about 20 minutes along the idyllic Fleth to the harbor, the jetty, the dike or the market square.

From the house, you can look far over green meadows directly into the Auetal recreation area. In summer, there are horses right outside the house with their small foals, which are always happy about a petting session. There is also a sleeping berth with a 160 bed. On the first floor, in addition to the spacious kitchen, dining room, bathroom with toilet, study, toilet, living room, there is also the 1st bedroom. The mezzanine invites you to chill and read. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and the sleeping berth.
