Experience the charm of a listed building from 1859, which has been modernized with a lot of love for detail. The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike tours. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

Horst's time out

My time-out Horst stands for real picture book country life. There are cows, chickens, donkeys and fields nearby. And the tranquility, of course. The Elbe and the dyke can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car. Here you can expect a real beach and a delicious snack and suitable refreshment is available here in summer. Hamburg is also 30 minutes away. In about 3 km away is the Horster train stop. Here is a parking lot and bicycle parking.

Between the orchards

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). The 60 sqm apartment is on the top floor of a detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the outskirts of Hamburg. I live on the ground floor. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, the nearest bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. By bus and train or by car, you can reach 40 minutes in Hamburg. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a kitchen-living room and a spacious hallway. Stable fiber optic network is available.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view. In front of the cottage is a pretty little garden seating area with private dike access. We look forward to seeing you!

The apartment is 20 square meters and we live right next door. On foot it takes about 25 minutes (1.7 km) to Quickborn train station. However, two bikes are also available to you free of charge.
