The station, supermarkets, drugstore, bakery and restaurants are just a minute walking distance. The neighborhood of this guesthouse is really equipped with all the comforts. The property, which was built in 2020, has a separate shower and toilet downstairs and upstairs a living room/bedroom. There is no cooking facilities or outdoor space.

The farmhouse offers generous space for 10 guests, in the house you will experience a pleasant atmosphere, large windows overlooking a beautiful garden. Outside is a wooden dining table, for the children there is a trampoline, the house is child-friendly. The house is within walking distance of the city center with shops and restaurants. The train station is 1 km away. In half an hour, you can reach Amsterdam by train. Within 20 minutes, you can cycle to the beach. Groups of young people under 20 are not allowed.

Nice cottage with private access and sliding doors, terrace with furniture. Completely equipped kitchen with oven. Wood-burning stove, corner sofa, and smart TV. Fixed loft ladder to the top (loft). The ceiling height upstairs is 1.30 m (4 ft 3 in)! Double bed 1.80x2.20cm. Rain shower/toilet. Not suitable for children. No pets. Smoking is not allowed.

The cottage is in our garden and has its own small private patio. Our children sometimes play outside, and our friendly Labradoodle loves a cuddle. Quiet residential area – no parties, or youngsters. A spacious summer house in a prime location! A perfect base for nature, culture, good food and shopping. The distance to the beach and dunes is 20 minutes by bike, and you can reach the city center of Alkmaar in 15 minutes by bike. Shops, (nice boutiques) restaurants and the station are a 5-minute walk away, making Amsterdam also easy to reach, 30 minutes by train. Everything within reach and yet experiencing the feeling of tranquility is absolutely applicable to this place.

With great enthusiasm, we have renovated our old mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we now rent out. The house is located in a lively neighborhood, a 5-minute walk to the city center and a 4-minute walk to the train station, from where you can reach Amsterdam Centraal in 34 minutes. The apartment has been recently and carefully renovated and equipped with all comforts, entirely for private use with balcony.

The entire house is new and high-quality finished.
