The studio (23m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. Relax and hide away in this luxurious, small studio. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. You have a small private patio with dining table and chairs. 1 dog is very welcome. This is the perfect ocean studio for your beach holiday. No free parking.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay as a family or a group of friends, with everything within reach, this house is perfect!

Toe aan ultieme ontspanning in een stad waar altijd wat te doen is? In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Our cozy guest house was converted in 2019 from an old aluminum factory to an energy-neutral tiny house of 40m2. It is free-standing in the backyard of our renovated house in Limmen. It is close to the dunes, the beach and forests. The larger cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam are within driving distance. It is also easy to do by public transport, but having your own car makes it many times easier. With a bicycle, you can best enjoy the surroundings.

Light wooden accommodation between beach, sea & city

Here you enter a unique ecologically furnished accommodation. The accommodation has its own terrace with a table that can be extended to a dining table. There is a kitchenette with its own fridge, microwave, coffee, tea, dishes and cutlery. Within a five-minute walk, you can imagine yourself in the inner dune, and the beach is only 10 minutes away by bike. By train, you can quickly reach Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar. There may be room to place a crib.

This back house of a former cantonal court dates back to 1720 and is located right in the middle of the cozy center of Hoorn - on the harbor and within a 10-minute walk of the beach. The house has 3 floors full of atmosphere and amenities. From a spacious dining room with kitchen, spacious living room with TV, bedroom with two double beds and bathroom to the beautiful balconies, well-kept garden and private parking space for your car.
