Mountain air/vacation home

Bright, quiet apartment with balcony, 2 bedrooms, 1500 meters above sea level (+ separate small room on the same floor. In the middle of the ski and bike area Lenzerheide/Arosa! Cross-country ski trails, chairlift Heimberg. Beautiful hiking trails in summer. Cool nights in summer (we don't need air conditioning!) Playground in the village and beautiful hiking trails right behind the house or very close by. The last house on the edge of the village, with a small forest on the back. Well served by public transport. Access to the house.

Peaceful oasis with mountain views

Welcome to our oasis of peace directly in the agricultural area in the Grisons mountains. You can relax in the wonderful living climate of the solid wood spruce house with its own water source. For us it is an oasis of peace, strength and happiness. The house, newly built in 2024, is somewhat remote and yet only 12 minutes from the city of Chur, 10 minutes from Churwalden and 20 minutes from Lenzerheide. It is a wonderful location for skiing/cross-country skiing, biking, hiking or to be and enjoy.
