Lake house vacation rentals in Heber Springs

Great family retreat. The outdoor living space was so awesome. Nice clean bedroom’s with comfy bedding. We are looking forward to making Elisa’s home our yearly family vacation, only next time we are staying five days!! Not two. Awesome memories made in an awesome home!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home had absolutely everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfect. We were definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay - everything was clean and functional! We had everything we needed to make multiple meals in the spacious kitchen. Even though it rained all weekend there was plenty to do at the house, and we loved the view of the lake from the patio. Our host was friendly and responsive both during our stay and before we checked in. Highly recommend!

Extremely happy with Carol’s place! We stayed there for three nights and had a great time. It rained most of the time so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake much but it was still a great time. The deck and outdoor area is amazing.

What an amazing home! I couldn’t be happier that we booked TJ’s place for the first weekend in June! This was actually my wedding weekend at a nearby venue, and TJ’s home is by FAR the closest to it (The Barn at Greers Ferry Lake). The home was spotless, VERY roomy, and just beautiful. All beds were comfy, kitchen well-stocked, and bathrooms had good quality linens. My favorite part is that TJ’s place felt like a home, instead the usual ‘airbnb with amazon furniture’. I do think all should be advised: this is NOT an easy drive. It’s extremely windy and steep, very scary in the dark. I’m not sure I’d attempt it in a sedan or smaller. Most important to know: we were stranded at the airbnb on wedding morning (worst case scenario) due to extreme flooding. TJ shared that this was unusual, but it did lose us 2 hours of wedding morning, so heads up. All of this to say, I wholeheartedly recommend TJ’s home based on the quality, experience, and host’s customer service. This place is a GEM!

Great lake house in beautiful secluded area on Greersferry Lake. House was very clean and well stocked with all the amenities you could need for a stay. The walk down to the lake is a little steep but doable and it was nice to have access to a dock for boat parking or swimming. The boat ramp is very close and easily accessible. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again!

He accommodated me on very short notice and went beyond what I would normally expect a host to do! I will certainly stay there again.

My friends and I have been to this lakehouse several times. We always enjoy it! The house comfortably seats many people and has lots of towels, plates, ect that you would need. Brooke is always responsive and helpful. We will be back!

It was a private area without a bunch of loud neighbors. Our host was very responsive leading up to the stay and during it. It ended up storming a fair amount of the time we were there but the house had plenty to do inside. Everything we needed was right there and available for us to use.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Dawn’s River-Run home rental that exceeded our expectations with its comfort, beautiful landscaping, and warm neighborhood atmosphere. The space was cozy and inviting, complete with flourishing gardens that were perfect for relaxation. The friendly neighbors made us feel welcome, enhancing our experience. For entertainment, we enjoyed fishing, playing foosball, darts, and watching local wildlife. Dawn was quick to respond to our questions and provided suggestions for local events. Overall, this rental offered a perfect blend of leisure and activity, making it a highly recommendable choice for a delightful getaway.

The host was super sweet and communicated very well if we had any questions. The house was super clean and exactly how we expected it from the listing. Will definitely be staying there again. Thank you for the great time!

The home was in a beautiful location with lots of privacy. The large dining room overlooking the lake was perfect for our large family gathering. We had elderly parents with us who struggled with the walkway and entrance stairs, but the steps are clearly listed in the description. Everything was clean with nice touches and amenities. Evolve referred us to the owners on a request, and they were so kind and gracious. Great spot for a family reunion!

The inside and outside were beautiful! Unfortunately we picked a super rainy week to go. We didn’t get to take full advantage of the access to the lake and the water was really high. But the view across the lake was still amazing! The ping pong table and cute area just 8 min up the road w a coffee shop, a local restaurant, and antique shops kept us busy! Our family loves to cook and they had literally everything you could need! Beds were comfy! The only thing we would’ve wanted that they didn’t have were kayaks. We couldn’t find a place to rent them from and my teenage boys were really wanting to go kayaking. Definitely would stay again during a sunny week!

This was a lovely fully set up house on a pretty waterfront lot with the warmth which comes from having been configured primarily for the owner's use.

Mary's house was absolutely stunning! Everything was been updated beautifully throughout the house. The view out of the back windows that span the whole house was gorgeous! The back deck was where we spent most of our time where we watched deer, raccoons, and a whole host of different birds coming to eat at the neighbor's feeders. It was so peaceful and the sky was dark. We had everything we needed in the house. She even had fresh flowers all around the house. Bring your binoculars and enjoy!

Overall, we had a great time! Personal preference of wishing the trees were cleared out more, but we understand that may be out of their control.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as advertised. The owner was easy to contact and friendly. We would be glad to stay here again in the future.
