This lake house has 2 king lakeview rooms with new hybrid mattresses. The twin room has a new memory foam mattress that pulls out to make a King. The loft has a Queen mattress. Electric fireplace & updated kitchen.

Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night!
