Townhome vacation rentals in Hawaii

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was in a lovely area with an ocean view and walking distance to a nice shopping center where we grabbed coffee each morning. The accommodations were beautiful and clean and equipped with everything we needed and more! The garage was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and sand toys for guests to enjoy. The bbq wasn’t working the day we tried it, but was quickly swapped out the following day for a brand new one. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again!

We had a fabulous time in Maui and coming “home” everyday to Joe & De’s was just like coming home. Grateful for them sharing their little slice of paradise. It was welcoming and comfortable and we will stay again next time we visit the islands. Mahalo!

First I will say that renting from Jay was an awesome experience. He was incredibly responsive to all my questions and made me feel right at home. The condo itself felt like a home and not a sterile hotel/condo or mass vacation home set up. I really did feel like I was staying at my friend’s house. The amenities in the bathrooms and kitchens were beyond what I expected and we cooked in the condo quite a bit since it was over the holidays and we spent a lot of time together as a family. The welcome kit we had when we arrived was perfect and the coffee was much needed for our daily morning fix. The condo is super comfortable for either two couples or a family. The two bedrooms are spread out and each has a TV and bathroom so you have privacy. The lanai has amazing views and the living room and dining area is really spacious. It’s at the end of the complex but that means you only have neighbors on one side. I honestly never heard anyone except when on the lanai or with windows open.

Beautiful home, great location for a quiet vacation. There’s plenty of great relaxing beaches within a 20 minute radius. The home is fully equipped for beach days, has a stocked kitchen with pots and pans, a great top loading washer, front loading dryer and an awesome AC system that will keep you cool .There’s a few grocery stores around within 5-15 minutes, but if you’re looking to cook at home more there’s Safeway, Costco and Island Naturals about 40-45 minutes away that has more selection of foods. Planning ahead helps diminish the drives to the grocery store.

I can’t recommend Seth’s place highly enough. Everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was extremely clean, and so beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we could have needed. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and soap/shampoo and conditioner which is so appreciated. The beds were so comfortable! Seth was a very gracious host, keeping a line of communication open our entire stay, and making sure we had everything we needed. If you are looking for somewhere to book and think this place might be for you, quit looking and book this place now!!! Everything about it is perfect! Our only regret is not having more time there.

This was our second time staying at Olfat’s place, and it was just as incredible as the first. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located in Princeville. The kitchen is great for cooking, and having laundry on-site is a welcomed bonus. Communication was stellar, and everything was easy to find with convenient parking. The morning rain was stunning, adding to the serene atmosphere. Plus, it’s just a short drive to some of the best beaches in the world. Highly recommend—looking forward to returning!

We stayed at Brad’s place for 4 nights. The property ground is beautifully kept. Brad had a nice welcome platter of coffee, fruits, cookies, chips and chocolate for us. Very much appreciated. The place was as described. We walked to the beach for snorkeling. It’s closed to the mall for food and shopping too. Will stay again.

This place was perfect for our family of 7! We had everything we needed in every room. I loved that there was beach towels, chairs, coolers, and boogie boards all provided for my family. The location was perfect and right by our favorite beach! I would totally stay at this place again!! Gail was amazing to work with and super friendly. She responded back very quickly any time needed. Loved this place!

Tia and Jeremiah’s place is perfect! They were so thoughtful in all of the little pieces that a lot of air bnb’s forget (stain remover, bug spray, sandwich baggies etc) that make the stay that much easier. It was clean, great WiFi, beautiful views, so easy to get around. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Sweet little place. Nice neighborhood—never felt worried about my surroundings. Comfy beds and clean. Complimentary items were indeed helpful for me as I don't like to pack so much when vacationing. I wished it had two showers instead of just the one, but nonetheless, the place worked for me and my party. I made a special request for a certain need and the host was very accommodating.

This home is fantastic! We absolutely enjoyed our stay, able to drive to the best beaches on the island only 10 minutes away at-most and able to enjoy a cozy home with a stocked kitchen and grill at night. The space has ample beach gear (chairs, coolers, snorkel masks) as well. The rice cooker for steaming local Lau Lau was the cherry on top!

Question is, would I rent it again, and the answer would be a resounding “YES”. The townhome was immaculate, it had all the extras one could ask for. It made for lasting memories for our family. The value, compared to the surrounding prices in the area, for the rooms/bathroom, ease of access, private garage, private lanai, distance to beaches, restaurants, and other amenities, are all a price savings compared to the other listings. The owner’s instructions were easy to follow and access. Can’t wait to come back.

Toni’s place is awesome! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of things to do for the kids. We really appreciated having all the beach items, which made the stay well worth the cost! Toni did a great job of making sure we had plenty of the essentials, such as dish soap and spare trash bags. We would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at JT’s condo in Princeville. The unit is beautiful, very clean and includes absolutely anything you could possibly need during your stay! The location in Princeville was perfect for all of our Kauai adventures. JT is extremely responsive and very helpful…he includes a very comprehensive list of do’s and dont’s which we appreciated. We travel fairly extensively with airbnb and this may be the very best experience we have ever had.

Great location and just as described. Very clean and felt at home with the decor. Would recommend to friends and family, and will definitely stay here again on the next trip. Thanks!

We enjoyed living in the villas and it is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Unit is clean and Michel reponses fast when we have questions.

Stephanie’s Airbnb is a perfect selection for solo travelers or couples. The location is about 10 min drive to the center of Kona and has plenty of restaurants , bars and coffee shops around. The neighbors were very nice and friendly and gave me good recommendations to explore the island and see the Hawaiian culture. I would comeback and rent with her in a heartbeat! Great host. There were lots of beach supplies and the tropical grounds are beautiful. The couch/bed was comfortable. Short drive to all the well known beaches. The unit was quiet and the little park next door is also nice. Just a fantastic stay, all around!

My family and I stayed at Gabriel’s place for 7 days and had a wonderful experience. Gabriel was an excellent host—very attentive and responsive on the message board, which made everything easy and smooth. The space itself was spacious, well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the sunset views from the balcony were absolutely stunning. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed stay!

We loved our stay at Villa Lava. The check in and check out process was easy. The unit was beautiful. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and there were lots of extras in the pantry. It came with everything you would need for a great day at the beach or pool. Janine was quick to respond to questions and she provided some great ideas for things to do and see in the area. All in all, I would rate it a 10 out of 10 and I look forward to a future visit.

Gay Lena and Brian were excellent hosts ! They helped our daughter check in early as she arrived alone because our plane got delayed. It was so kind of them ! Their home was super comfortable and had everything we needed ! We especially loved the location - right across the street from a beautiful surf and snorkle beach! When the kids were done at the beach, we enjoyed the pool! It was also a perfect place to watch sunsets! We would definitely love to come again!

We had a great stay. Andra was super responsive and made our stay in Princeville even more special. Really appreciated how we were able to have access to beach gear and a lovely calm neighborhood. The place was a little tricky to find, but Andra gave directions for right where to park and instructions on how to get to the home from there. Neighbors were very friendly.

Lanie’s house was fantastic! We were here for two nights, easy to get to and felt like a pristine home away from home. It was clean, comfortable, and an excellent location on the south shores, within walking distance to beaches. The access to the pool and athletic club was a nice bonus- the backdrop of the island mountains is so pretty. Overall, a lovely stay with great communication- I wish it had been longer! I would definitely choose to stay here when visiting south Kauai.

Loved the location and the place was peaceful. Instructions were very clear and pictures were provided so I knew exactly what to look for. Everything shuts down early and no late night partying neighbors. Beds were comfortable, even the pullout bed was nice enough for my teenagers to fight over. Princeville is super nice and worth the drive. Only “complaint” is as soon as you walk in the front door, there is a step down to the main area that is hard to see as the floor blends together (same tile above and below the step) and potential for missing the step and falling. We put the towel basket at the edge of the stair to remind us of the step and had no issues.
