"The cottage is directly across the street from Kailua Beach Park and less than two minutes walk to step into the ocean at the beach. This a legal vacation rental, license1990/NUC-1758. The property is tucked away one house back from the road into Lanikai, and described by guests as "a little oasis of quiet and calm." The bathroom has been remodeled with a new shower, sink and plumbing fixtures April 2022!

The Lime House 4BDRM 2Bath Steps from the Beach!

The Lime House is centrally located on the island and just steps from one of our favorite beaches! One that Naomi grew up going to almost every day. It’s a beach that is great for the whole family. It is also located just across the street from the Coconut Marketplace where you can find shopping, free hula shows and farmers market! As seen on HGTV’s Beach Hunters! Koni Kai is perched on an ancient lava flow on the South Kona coast in Milolii, the oldest fishing village in Hawaii.
