Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The exclusive, 112-m² ALOHA penthouse suite offers you 2 separate bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom and toilet. A bathroom with shower on the hallway, as well as a separate toilet. In addition, the suite has a 30 m² gallery with another sleeping possibility for 2 persons. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals as well as a coffee machine including capsules. The highlight of the suite is the private sauna & outdoor whirlpool.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)

The cozy apartment in the house is located directly on the ski slope. On the lower floor there is a private ski room, from which you can go directly to the Hauser Kaibling valley station in a few minutes. In summer, it is ideal for hiking, cycling or golfing. Especially suitable for couples or families, with a spacious bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.
