We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. Whether you're in the living room, at the dining table, on the terrace, in the garden or in the hot tub – everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Loft in an Art Studio, Bad Ischl | Salzkammergut

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

The chalet, built in 2018, is located on a sunny slope in the top row in Almdorf with the best panoramic view, 1,300 meters above sea level and just a "stone's throw" from the ski lift (about 300 m) and the visible ski slope. The massive wooden construction and first-class location of the chalet offer a cozy, relaxing, in short, a healthy atmosphere. - Design follows function - Modern meets tradition - The property leaves nothing to be desired to enjoy the most beautiful time of the year.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Quiet and sunny on the southern slope of the Kammspitz. Wooden house with ecological and natural building materials. Spacious terrace facing west. Ideal all year round as a starting point, for example, for hiking, mountain biking, climbing tours, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or paragliding. The penthouse "Hill - 73" absolutely deserves its name. On more than 90m² the holiday apartment offers pure luxury and is really dreamlike.<br>It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a beautiful open kitchen with an adjoining living/dining area, open fireplace, 1 bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. With the pull-out sofa bed in the living area, the holiday penthouse offers enough space for 6 people.

Our Mountain Cabin recently passed to the 3rd generation of our family and is a renovated traditional cabin completely on its own on a sparsely populated mountain of a few milk farmers. This self-catering cabin offers its guests and their 4-legged companions ample space to relax, forget all the day-to-day stresses and enjoy the important things in life.
