Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy exclusive use of all 3 self-contained apartments in Landhaus Osborne. You will have private use of our 1st and 2nd floors as well as our garden pavilion and BBQ Grill in summer. At just over an hours drive from Salzburg, Landhaus Osborne is perfect for exploring the Salzkammergut. The UNESCO World Heritage town of Hallstatt and the ski and hiking areas of Krippenstein and Dachstein West are both just a short distance away.

The Villa - Glücksthaler Aich

The luxurious and extraordinary "Chalet Glücksthaler" is located in the municipality of Aich in the well-known Schladming-Dachstein region. Due to its size, it is particularly suitable for families or groups of friends. The holiday home impresses above all with its spacious and modern rooms. It offers you 4 bedrooms with comfortable double beds, 4 design bathrooms, 2 of them with a bathtub and 2 with a nice shower. The large living room invites you to linger.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Larch House

Quiet and sunny on the southern slope of the Kammspitz. Wooden house with ecological and natural building materials. Spacious terrace facing west. Ideal all year round as a starting point, for example, for hiking, mountain biking, climbing tours, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or paragliding. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a bedroom. There are more bedrooms in the attic. Simple amenities.

Come and relax – in this cozy and quiet cottage on the mountain. My vacation home in Ebensee can accommodate 6 people and is quietly situated on the mountain. It has been redesigned and has a wonderful rustic charm without being overloaded. Note: The house has no direct access. You go up a staircase and walk a 200-meter path to the house. Parking is available on the street. You have to be good at walking!

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.

Rosenstein Chalet

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Modern, stylish two-room apartment in an excellent location Completed in 2021, the 2-room apartment impresses with its architecture and high-quality furnishings alike. It is located on the 1st floor of a single-family house built in 2020 and occupied by the owners themselves, in a quiet residential area 5 minutes' walk from the historic center of Mondsee.

FiSCHBaCH MouNTaiN LODGE

Located in unspoiled nature, right on the edge of the forest or Fischbach. The spacious accommodation of approx. 120 m² is located on one level with a separate house entrance. On the 4000 m² private property there is also a small barn with dwarf goats, a well, a Troad box and the landlord's house.
