The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Dear guest, A witch's house awaits you that impresses with its Scandinavian style. It is cozily warm thanks to the underfloor heating and tastefully furnished. Outside there are two cozily arranged terraces, overlooking a beautiful garden (imposing oak trees, boxwood hedge, and large lawn). The parking space and a carport are right by the house. Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway right on the Elbe Cycle Path. The house is located just outside Hamburg directly on the Elbe. It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.

Our vacation home on the Pulverbach is in a very quiet street directly by the forest. It has about 90 square meters. You have a terrace to linger and a garden at your disposal. The bus stop with direct connection to Hamburg is only 5 minutes away. The heath and the Heidschnuckenweg are also close by. For your bike there is a covered parking space that is not visible, right at the front door.
