Nice apartment, nothing missing, glad I didn't go to the hotel, secure building! Right downstairs, bar, supermarket, a restaurant where you can eat for little money and the quantities are incredible as well as the quality! For us, the best we could do! Having done a lot of cities. Nabeul is a big city; it feels like home. Finally, Fatima's mom is adorable, as is the caretaker. Fatima is quickly responsive by message. I recommend it without so much as a second thought and if I'm passing through Nabeul I will definitely return to this Airbnb !

Najet is an available, pleasant and accommodating host. the accommodation has a lot of character. I particularly like the terrace that we enjoyed during the stay with my family.

i really liked the apartment and the place too. all went super well I highly recommend it.

The apartment was basic but had the essentials. Had some issues with the air con, oven and bathroom. The shower leaked and it was impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom. The oven didn't stay on but the gas cooker was fine. I would advise u take towels with u as there wasn't enough and also only one bed sheet. The local shops are basic and u would need to travel to access a proper supermarket. Ahmed was friendly on arrival.

We had a wonderful stay (2 nights) at this villa! The host was very friendly, helpful and always easily accessible. The pool is just as big and beautiful as depicted in the photos. We especially loved the private beach, which is only 3 minutes away by car and is exclusively accessible to the residents. The house itself is very spacious with four bedrooms, a big living room and a well equipped kitchen. Also, everything was clean. Overall a great place to stay – we can only recommend it!

Donia's place was very nice. A lot of space where we enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, and the garden was beautiful. The pool was nice but we weren't able to enjoy it because the weather was still cold in April.

Had our family there for a few days and it was a great time. Plenty of cooking supplies for a large family. Pool was clean and the privacy of the back house was the best part!

We had a great time at Nahla's place! Check-in and check-out was quick and easy, with clear instructions provided. The house was clean, as described and looked like the photos. Nahla was a remarkable, responsive and helpful host. In the end, it was a fair value. We felt right at home, I would highly recommend this place!

We stayed at this villa with 8 adults and 6 kids and had a great week. The pool and green area are great. Play a round of football and then cool off in the pool. Brilliant. The rooms are all cooled and the beds are comfortable. If you want to spend a great time by the pool for a larger family, this is the place. The host is super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful villa even prettier than in the pictures! We stayed as two families (5 adults and 4 children) and the space was ideal. The accommodation is very clean and functional. We felt right at home. Everything was there for a comfortable stay. The living room and kitchen are very spacious. All bedrooms come equipped with air conditioning. There is a laundry room for washing your clothes. A large table for 12 people for lunch in the garden by the pool and even a barbecue. We fell in love with the very large and designer pool. Samy welcomed us warmly from start to finish. 10 out of 10 for this villa that we will keep in our contacts for future visits to Hammamet! Impeccable!

The house itself is really beautiful and impeccably maintained, beautiful well-organized rooms, each bedroom with its own bathroom, attention to detail and very well maintained, huge, welcoming and bright spaces, comfortable and modern furniture. We had two very nice weeks in this apartment which corresponds in every way to what was advertised and what we expected. The small terrace is very nice to read, chat, have a drink, all with the scent of jasmine, and the rest of the apartment is nice, well-equipped and functional. The residence is quiet, well maintained and secure. The proximity to the beach is an asset, as is the taxi stand right at the entrance of the residence, making it easy to get around Hammamet or Nabeul. A few nice restaurants are very close, which is always very nice. Hatem is a very friendly, responsive, and even proactive host. We will definitely come back and with great pleasure.

Fantastic apartment, great location, walking distance from all the amenities: shops, supermarket, restaurants, mosque, old media and the beach/sea. The apartment was in a quiet and very secure residence area in the heart of the tourist zone. It was well equipped with all essential items needed to enjoy our stay with an enormous terrace with sea views. The owner was friendly and helpful. We are hopeful to return again in the future as we loved our stay.

Great host,responsive. Respond to any inquiries. Only downside but it is not the host's fault,it was the access to the pool that was closed for 3 days for cleaning because the water was cloudy. In compensation, the host offered us an extra night.
