Nice apartment, nothing missing, glad I didn't go to the hotel, secure building! Right downstairs, bar, supermarket, a restaurant where you can eat for little money and the quantities are incredible as well as the quality! For us, the best we could do! Having done a lot of cities. Nabeul is a big city; it feels like home. Finally, Fatima's mom is adorable, as is the caretaker. Fatima is quickly responsive by message. I recommend it without so much as a second thought and if I'm passing through Nabeul I will definitely return to this Airbnb !

Lovely spacious and very modern apartment, I had a lovely stay here for two weeks with my husband and two children . Close to beach , shops and restaurants . Lyed is a great host and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. He was very helpful and always responded to messages Thank you for everything Lyed to you and your family ! Hope to come again .

The apartment is very well located near everything, small and nice, everything inside with a surprise in the fridge! 😁 Excellent for two people!Parking is secure 24/7 Too bad the pool is only open in July and August! But it's not a big deal, there's pool access in the hotels next door! Marwen is a very helpful person, responsible above all! My arrival was around 1:30 a.m. because of a plane delay! He reassured me and the building concierge waited for me without any problem! Understanding, especially, he has the talent to manage everything remotely even if you don't see him at all. He does a lot of work behind the scenes and everything is already sorted! I personally recommend it. Well done, good luck and all the best in the future. Next time in Hammamet, it will definitely be at Marwen's!

aida is a caring and always responsive host. full of small touches in this beautiful peaceful apartment. tea, coffee, drinks, pastries, toiletries... small downside the TV did not work for the channels but ok for netflix application ( with our own account) . i'd recommend it sight unseen

I highly recommend Nabil and his dad Abbes' place. 🙂 It is located in the city center next to the souk and all amenities (Monoprix, Carrefour, Bus station, etc.) The accommodation is true to the photo, clean and spacious, it's really a very nice place to stay. Nabil and Abbes were very nice and available throughout the stay, we'll be happy to go back ☺️

Thank you, we've enjoyed our stay very much! The close proximity to the beach which was never busy and the swimming pool were definitely the best parts. The property itself is large, the bedrooms have air conditioning and the view is just beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and the property is well secured. We felt we had privacy without being contained. Would recommend!!!

We had an exceptional time at this villa. As soon as we entered, we were charmed by the generous spaces of the villa. The expansive living room bathed in south-facing light, which overlooks the pool. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. The large grassy garden was perfect for relaxing ,soaking up the sun on the sunbeds and also where children could play,and cherry on the cake a very convenient barbecue. The pool was a real treat, especially in hot weather. Adel was an incredibly helpful, available, and responsive host, quick to meet all of our needs . We highly recommend this location!

Had our family there for a few days and it was a great time. Plenty of cooking supplies for a large family. Pool was clean and the privacy of the back house was the best part!

Beautiful villa even prettier than in the pictures! We stayed as two families (5 adults and 4 children) and the space was ideal. The accommodation is very clean and functional. We felt right at home. Everything was there for a comfortable stay. The living room and kitchen are very spacious. All bedrooms come equipped with air conditioning. There is a laundry room for washing your clothes. A large table for 12 people for lunch in the garden by the pool and even a barbecue. We fell in love with the very large and designer pool. Samy welcomed us warmly from start to finish. 10 out of 10 for this villa that we will keep in our contacts for future visits to Hammamet! Impeccable!

Nice place and host available and flexible I recommend

We had two very nice weeks in this apartment which corresponds in every way to what was advertised and what we expected. The small terrace is very nice to read, chat, have a drink, all with the scent of jasmine, and the rest of the apartment is nice, well-equipped and functional. The residence is quiet, well maintained and secure. The proximity to the beach is an asset, as is the taxi stand right at the entrance of the residence, making it easy to get around Hammamet or Nabeul. A few nice restaurants are very close, which is always very nice. Hatem is a very friendly, responsive, and even proactive host. We will definitely come back and with great pleasure.

Very good stay. The apartment is as indicated ( air conditioning and tv in all rooms). Residence swimming pool accessible with map and supervised. Map giving access to umbrellas on the beach (5 min walk). Very good location, 5 mins by car from Carthage land. Mr AZIZ was very welcoming, accompanied us to the pool and beach as soon as we arrived, to show us the accesses. We'll be happy to go back! Thank you for your welcome ☺️

Rafik is a very kind, welcoming and always available person. We had a great 15-day stay in this very well-equipped accommodation: oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and even dishwasher. In addition, it is conveniently located close to all shops (butchers, greengrocers, supermarkets). I highly recommend this listing without a second thought.
