the house was in a very calm neighborhood, there is a monopoly within walking distance, it takes a long time to get to the center of Alaçatı on foot, but if you have a car, the transportation is convenient, the hosts were very sweet and interested, we did not feel any discomfort, thank you.

The house was really spacious, comfortable and elegantly furnished. It was spotless. We had a short but pleasant stay with its garden, pool and nature. Although we only stayed for 1 night, every detail was thought of at home. The host was interested. One of the biggest advantages of the house is that it is 15 minutes from Alaçatı. We were more than satisfied, the location was not unknown to us and accordingly great. The villa was the same as in the pictures. Lars and Hümeyra were great hosts, we always got a quick response. A contact person was directly available for questions. I would always book the place again and 100% recommend it! We were 6th and all more than happy. The furnishings were mega.

The location of the house is very nice if you have a car. Mr. Engin is a very caring host. The house was spotless. If you're looking for a peaceful vacation, it's a really great choice. There are nice restaurants around, and there are plenty of options for ordering home. Ilıca beach is 5 minutes away by car and is an excellent beach. It's definitely a house I'd choose again and again.

Although we stayed for a short time, it was a house where we had a pleasant time. Its central location made it very convenient for us. It will be a house that we will easily prefer in our next visits due to the fact that there is nothing missing in the house and the interest of our host =)

At every stage of our stay from booking to check-out, both Mr. Can and Eli made us feel comfortable as if we were staying in a really close friend's house thanks to their kindness and high-level communication. The location of the house was very good, you can walk to Ilica beach in 2 minutes, there are many cafes and restaurants around within walking distance and migros is right next door. Also, if you came by car, there is no parking problem, the items in the house are very nice and everything was considered (There was even a filter coffee maker!) . The biggest problem in these places is that you may need to buy the basic necessities in the house even for short stays. However, thanks to Mr. Can, he put some of the things you might need in the house, from soap to toilet paper and even shower gel, salt and oil. She was also very thin to call to ask if we needed anything during the stay. We can't wait to come back in the summer season:) Thank you so much for everything. Orkun&Özge

The location of the house is very nice , you can have a very nice holiday even when you arrive with your private vehicle. The house was very clean, everything you need is available, if I go to warm up again, I will definitely choose the same place again.

We were looking for a peaceful location close to the sea and this place delivered exactly what we want. Waking up to the sound of waves and having a garden and beach right in front of our room truly made us feel like we were in a summer home. I've hired for my friend, he usually is a perfectionist who sees the flaws quickly. He has been so happy and satisfied with this place. As to what he said, this is a well and newly decorated studio, with good taste. The view is so nice, and Niki is friendly.

This apartment is both amazingly located and beautifully appointed. Xanthippi is an amazing host, providing just the right level of being available without being too much. VERY clear instructions for check in and check out, and she provides great guides on the island in a book in the apartment. Will 100% stay again the next time I come to Chios!
