Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. There was a helpful attitude, starting with the booking. An upstairs apartment was recommended and we booked it as we would prefer a better view. The apartment was clean, tidy, towels, sheets, etc. Hair dryer and iron were provided upon our request. It has a beautiful view, garden-nature-sea composition. We woke up in the morning with the birds chirping. There is also a nice sunrise view from the room. It has a very spacious and well-maintained garden. It was helpful to find the location, google maps was prevented from directing it in a bad way. ~ There is a dirt road that goes for 50 meters, we said it would be nice to have a Valinor sign at the entrance of this road, they stated that they thought. We went in an electric vehicle and were allowed to charge. It also has parking for a few cars. There is no elevator in the building, but since there are two different entrances, I think there is a maximum of 1 floor to carry luggage. We didn't miss it, but there's no wifi for those who need it. We were satisfied in every way. Thank you to Mr. Berkant.

the house is a little far from the center due to its location, but if you have a car, it is not a problem and it will meet your needs if you are looking for a quiet,calm place. For families with children, the garden is spacious, the landscaping is very beautifully designed. In addition, there is a barbecue and kitchen area in the garden where you can barbecue. The interior of the house is clean and tastefully furnished, it feels like your own home, the balcony is big but gets a lot of sun in the morning, it is very enjoyable to sit in the afternoon and evenings. Overall, we were satisfied, there is no wi-fi yet, there is no TV, the laundry can be washed in the common area.

The view at the facility was truly fascinating; it offered a peaceful atmosphere at the beginning and end of the day. The pool also added extra pleasure to our stay. We had a very pleasant holiday with 7 friends at Ms. Rengin's house in Reisdere. The house is exactly the same as in the image. The pool and multi-room are very suitable for large groups of friends and families. We never needed to leave the house and had a very pleasant time. A comfortable house that meets all your needs with a barbecue, coffee maker, sun loungers. We regretted not renting longer. It will be the first house that comes to our mind for our future vacations. We stayed with five friends at the house and there was enough space for all of us. You can easily accommodate up to six people. The house had everything from an iron to a vacuum cleaner, from a washing machine to a dryer. It is very central in terms of location, within walking distance to Çeşme marina. Mr. Zafer is very hospitable. He greeted us and took care of all our needs. We also thank them for their elegant treats:)
