An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was really a highlight of our vacation! The accommodation is even more beautiful than the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is very well maintained and of high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and nothing is missing. We were particularly impressed by the fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: In a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches of the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Ms. Ayşe was a really amazing host. She was flawlessly supportive. We've never had such hospitality before. It was both very nice and cozy at the facility we stayed in. Although we stayed for a short time, it was a house where we had a pleasant time. Its central location made it very convenient for us. It will be a house that we will easily prefer in our next visits due to the fact that there is nothing missing in the house and the interest of our host =)

First of all, I thank Mr. Enis for everything. He responded quickly and helped with everything. It is in a very good location, walking distance to the bazaar is less than 1-2 minutes. The street where the house is located is very beautiful, everyone starts taking pictures before entering the street. It is very good that the street is closed to traffic, there is no car noise, we had our holiday in peace. The interior is very nostalgic, very cute. As shown in the pictures. We spent our holiday as if we were in our own home, there is everything we need. The market, bakery, grocery store, everything is within walking distance. It was close to the beaches, 6-7 minutes by car to Ilıca beach, we were very comfortable in every respect.

Ms. Nihal and her family were very kind and caring. It was a pleasant holiday. The house was easy and convenient to the Alaçatı fountain in a beautiful place in terms of location. The house was very clean and smelled of cleanliness. If I come again, I would recommend this place again

Nice house, nice location

At every stage of our stay from booking to check-out, both Mr. Can and Eli made us feel comfortable as if we were staying in a really close friend's house thanks to their kindness and high-level communication. The location of the house was very good, you can walk to Ilica beach in 2 minutes, there are many cafes and restaurants around within walking distance and migros is right next door. Also, if you came by car, there is no parking problem, the items in the house are very nice and everything was considered (There was even a filter coffee maker!) . The biggest problem in these places is that you may need to buy the basic necessities in the house even for short stays. However, thanks to Mr. Can, he put some of the things you might need in the house, from soap to toilet paper and even shower gel, salt and oil. She was also very thin to call to ask if we needed anything during the stay. We can't wait to come back in the summer season:) Thank you so much for everything. Orkun&Özge

During our stay, we felt at home, it has a very peaceful environment. Every corner has very nice areas where you can take lots of photos and make memories. Mr. Emre, the owner of the☺️ hotel, is also a very caring business owner, and he gave us great directions for places to go for fun. We had a great time. Mr. Tayfun is very friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the Ilıca beach. BIM, A101 and ŞOK markets are very close to the house. Perfectly useful apartment for families with children. There are no items in the house. There are plenty of spices, kitchen utensils, kowels, etc. The kitchen is much nicer than in the photo. There are new zero furniture and built-in furniture. The kitchen was great. We watched TV and free Netflix. We felt at home. You can rent it without hesitation.

We stayed at Ferdi's place for a week and had a super nice time. Various beaches, restaurants and convenience stores can be reached quickly. With the Dolmus, other places (such as Alacati, Cesme city) are also easily accessible. Glad to come back!

I think it is one of the best options to stay in the Dalyan region. Parking is available. Walking distance to Dalyan marina. I would like to thank Mr. Kemal for his hospitality. By the way, I would definitely recommend you to stop by Cevat's place when you come to Dalyan.

Host is very caring, friendly and helpful. He also provided environmental referrals. The interior of the house was impeccable, everything we needed was available at home. The products were very high quality and clean. The location was very close to the center, we had access to everywhere on foot. We plan to go back in the summer.
