Everything was perfect, it’s a very lightand clean apartment. Veeery comfortable bed, i enjoyed. But the location is a bit far away from a city centre and airport, just know that, when will planning your walking around the city. Because after 9 pm metro could be closed and you could come back only by bus. But it’s a little minus which didn’t worry me a lot. Rome is wonderful!

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet agréable logement . Simonetta et Tonino nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. Nous avons eu quelques bons conseils concernant le quartier et les visites à Rome. Ils ont été disponibles et serviables. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Logement conforme au descriptif. Très spacieux, moderne et tout service. Idéalement placé, avec la gare à proximité et multiples services et commerces. Hôtes réactif aux messages. Seul bémol, personne sensible aux bruits, peut-être s'abstenir. Isolation faible : tous les bruits du voisinage sont assez présents (aboiements chien, personne en talon tous les soirs jusqu'à 1h du matin...). C'est le seul point négatif! Très bon séjour! Merci!

This place was absolutely beautiful we were made to feel right at home. We had great links to the metro to pop into the centre of Rome with ease or to connect to other stations to go further afield. The flat is beautiful, the sunset every night was magical. It was great to have a place to get away from some of the crowds in Rome and then venture in when we were up for it. Andrea was probably the best host we have had, super attentive, was open to give really helpful recommendations and invite us to local events, and he filled the stay with bonus things like all of the stuff you need to make a pasta dinner on your arrival and some local prosecco it was just the best. Highly recommend, would be lucky to go back ourselves!

Abbiamo trascorso un fantastico week end a Roma, l’appartamento di Federico si è rivelato perfetto per le nostre esigenze, spazioso, pulito e situato in una zona tranquilla a soli cinque minuti dalla Metro. Ottima la comunicazione con l’host che ci ha fornito consigli e informazioni utili su locali e ristoranti. Un plus il garage per chi come noi decide di andare a Roma in macchina.

It was such a lovely stay, the apartment was cosy, spacious and very clean, felt right at home. It has everything you might need. Loved it very much and would definitely recommend it to all my friends visiting Rome. Simone was very helpful and supportive.

Soluzione perfetta per chi cerca la tranquillità ed il relax lontano dal frastuono e dal trambusto cittadino. L'appartamento in questione gode di un affaccio privilegiato sul lago di Nemi, da non perdere assolutamente il fantastico tramonto e perchè no, magari accompagnato da un buon calice di vino. Mediante le indicazioni fornite da Fabrizio è stato molto semplice raggiungere l'alloggio, non vi resta che provarlo. Grazie per l'esperienza.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Guido’s place was perfect for our 5 nights stay. It was very cosy, perfectly clean and tidy and we loved spending time on the balcony. Guido was a genuine and kind host with fantastic communication taking time to make sure any language barrier was not an issue. When he welcomed us, he provided clear instructions and showed us all the facilities in the apartment which included everything we could need making sure we were ready to relax and explore straight away. We would’ve hesitate to rent any accommodation offered by this host in the future.

Christiana was amazing. She had wine, beer, snacks, breakfast items and coffee, milk and other beverages waiting for us. The apartment is a hip and wonderful in a great location close by and with a great view of the Colosseum and distantly, the Vittorio and St Peter’s. She had clear instructions and wonderful recommendations for Food and drinks. We MAJORLY screwed up and accidentally messed up our departure date! We were off by a day. She was totally flexible and worked extensively with us and Airbnb to extend our reservation a day to accommodate us. Thank-You SO much! We had a great stay and highly recommend her apartment.

L' esperienza a Roma è stata splendida, resa speciale anche dall' opportunità di soggiornare in un appartamento molto raffinato, arredato con cura per i dettagli. Nella descrizione risulta una camera ma la seconda sistemazione è nel salotto con divano letto e porta, quindi come se le camere fossero praticamente due...con nostro grande piacere! La zona è splendida, bello passeggiare e raggiungere il Vaticano, ottimi i ristoranti. Grazie Paola, torneremo!

We found the perfect rental in Anguillara Sabazia. This home is even more lovely in person. We had everything we needed. The views from the balcony are amazing.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

My mom had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating—she felt very welcomed from the start. Everything was explained clearly, which made her stay easy and comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to everything she needed. Overall, the hosts were truly lovely and made her feel right at home. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful apartment, well appointed with everything needed for our 7 day stay. Great location, walked to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain,Colosseum, Forum, and Capitoline Museums. Taxi Stand 200 meters from apartment ( Vatican & Museums) Many cafes’ and eateries and shops. Mergarita was most helpful in dining recommendations and even found us a reservation for a Mother’s Day dinner on short notice! The best experience!

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! Ottimo appartamento moderno e rifinito con tutte le comodita'. Un grande balcone, cucina completa, letto molto confortevole, ed una zona centrale ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa in una strada residenziale con buone possibilita' di parcheggio libero, che a Roma e' abbastanza raro. Da ex residente di Roma, questo appartamento e' un compromesso ideale come posizione ed efficenza, sembra di stare a casa.

Arriving at Francesca’s felt like a warm hug. She had left food and drinks for our family to create ease on arrival. The apartment is compact with a spacious main bedroom and we loved the small terrace. Great location to access sights on foot. Thank you Francesca!

Excellent penthouse apartment, beautifully furnished with an amazing large terrace that offers peaceful rooftop views over Rome. The location is perfect for exploring the Colosseum area as it’s only a 5 min walk. The apartment is also beside the Cavour underground train station which makes connections and travel around Rome really simple. We will certainly like to book again next time we visit Rome. Alberto and the host team is extremely responsive and helpful making the experience seamless.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
