My family absolutely loved Paul’s place. Clean, modern, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The accommodation met and exceeded our expectations. It has to be the best ABNB accommodation we have stayed in. Communication with Paul was professional yet friendly. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Paul’s Rivertrail house.

Great location and house. Was clean and comfortable. Having the option for street parking is great if you have a larger vehicle. Would stay there again!

Lovely and welcoming home in a beautiful neighbourhood. It was an easy walk to shops, pubs and restaurants. The backyard gardens were gorgeous and a perfect place to enjoy my morning coffee and afternoon sunshine. This is my favourite B and B in Guelph by far.

Jacqueline is a great host, always responded quickly and was very friendly in communicating. The location was wonderful with many restaurants and shops within walking distance in downtown Guelph. The home is exactly as shown and described in her listing. We would definitely stay at Jacqueline’s again. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

This place was awesome for my family of five (including 3 four and under). The location was perfect - central to absolutely everything and my husband and I laughed that we could actually live there, even though it's a two bedroom. Everything was clearly explained and there were local recommendations and the host was very responsive. We stayed for 6 days and easily could have stayed longer if we had the time. couldn't ask for a better spot and would book here again.

SO glad that my friends and i chose jessica’s home to stay at. we were in shock at how beautiful and cozy it was!! everything had instructions and labels which prevented any unnecessary back and forth. really appreciated the amount of care jessica put into making sure her guests feel accommodated!!

My parents had a cozy stay at Brigitte’s house for one week. The place is very clean, and the host is very helpful! There are groceries nearby.

A basic, but good stay. Sam's place provides everything needed for a comfortable night away, and his communication was above and beyond. Very quick, friendly responses. I do see what other reviewers mean when they say the space around the toilet is quite tight - The door almost touches your knees when sitting down - But for a short stay it wasn't a problem. My only suggestion would be to get some black out curtains for the bedroom, and maybe a curtain that could pull across to separate the bedroom from kitchen area to allow a darker space for sleeping when the morning sun comes out. Overall, my husband and I would happily stay again for a night away. Thanks, Sam!

Exactly as advertised. Central location and 5 minute walk to the wedding I was attending at Elora. Inside was beautiful, clean, and stocked with coffee. Reasonable price as well! Overall, 5/5 would go again and I easily would recommend to others. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely beautiful! My favourite part was the enclosed porch with the river view, so peaceful. Erin communicated very well through the check-in process and the added details of local attractions and restaurants was very appreciated. To top it off the place was spotless and still felt like home away from home. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The backyard pool was absolutely beautiful and made the perfect setting for a small get-together with friends for the UFC event. Everything was just as described, and our kids enjoyed every minute in the pool. We also brought a few lawn games which made it even more fun for everyone. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth — even while they were welcoming their own child into the world on the same day we checked in! That level of care and hospitality truly stood out. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. We’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

We were not on vacation. We had a plumbing problem at home so had to stay out. So we were kind of stressed. Our hosts are just the best. The place is absolutely charming as are the hosts. I can’t say enough about them. Friendly, kind and approachable.

Susan’s place exceeded expectations. The photos of the home are beautiful but once you are inside you can truly appreciate the historical beauty. It is walking distance to downtown. There is an amazing restaurant Scozias across the street. Very generous portions and delicious food. Susan has thought of everything you could need for a stay. It was nice to see the attention to the little details. The house has lots of stairs up and down but this just adds to the character of the home. Thank you Susan

We stayed approx. 10 days at Jas’ and enjoyed our time. Great convenient location. Good parking that was easy to get in and out of. Amazing facilities. Unit was clean and spacious.

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed for a short stay. One of the highlights was the location – close to public transit, local restaurants, and grocery stores, yet peaceful and quiet at night. It felt like a home away from home. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, a guidebook with local recommendations, and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Court séjour dans ce joli logis. Très bien situé, à 5 minutes d'auto du "centre-ville" où nous allions. Donc parfait pour y retrouver la tranquillité en rentrant! L'immeuble est très tranquille, propre et bien insonorisé. Le logis était mignon. Parfaitement organisé et bien fonctionnel même s'il était petit. Nous nous y sommes sentis bien immédiatement en entrant. Décor épuré et beau. Nous y retournerions volontier si l'occasion se présentait à nouveau. Je n'ai pas eu besoin de communiquer avec Lauren car toutes ses indications étaient claires et nous n'avons manqué de rien, il y avait même des petites gâteries à grignoter à notre arrivée. Très agréable comme endroit et comme séjour!

Me and my family had a great time at Faran's place. The place is great and Faran is very responsive. I hadn't read all of the instructions carefully before and only saw belatedly that there were instructions on how to get into the parking garage that required us to send them my licence plate. Faran responded immediately to my belatedly sent request. The place itself was perfect for our stay. The place itself is very light and has a great view. The furniture is pretty, the kitchen is clean and looks great, and has everything one needs. The place is a good combination of cozy and fancy. My family was impressed. :) The two bathrooms were very helpful. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. We really had everything we needed. My mom also commented positively on the AC and being able to control it easily, as she's not used to ACs. As this was a family vacation, we also really appreciated the privacy of the place. Getting in was really easy. Can recommend this place wholeheartedly!

The apartment was fantastic it was so cozy and had everything you could need for your stay! David is very nice and explained everything great but didn't reply to my texts during the stay. It was hard to find the apartment. Overall I would definitely recommend this apartment it was so lovely and I would stay again!
