License # 24-308432. Private entry 2 bedroom/ 2 Queen bed apt in lower level of bungalow with landscaped gardens in a nice, treed mature area of Guelph. Comfortable, bright and cheery with high ceilings. Equipped with a full kitchen, stove, fridge, living room and outside courtyard. The full glass door brightens the kitchen/ living room area. Hospital (2km), downtown (2km) , U of G (7km) LCBO, food, 3 grocery stores nearby. Note: Sorry, due to allergies no pets. Open to longer stays. Inquire.

This light and airy studio apartment is located above our garage with a separate entrance. It features a queen size bed with a pull out full/double size couch. Coffee or tea with fresh muffins, eggs, yogurt are provided upon your arrival. Take advantage of the hotplate, bar fridge, and countertop oven. Visit downtown Guelph or go on hike in the surrounding areas. The hot tub and fire pit are available. Our pool is for family use only. You may hear some traffic and the clucking of our chickens

Cozy, quiet, one-bedroom apartment in downtown Guelph with private access, 4-piece bathroom, eat-in kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, 1-burner induction hotplate, and mini-fridge. Relaxing living room with 43", HD, Roku-enabled TV. Free, on-street overnight parking. We are a 2 minute walk from the closest restaurant. More restaurants, banks, shopping, grocery store and parks are within a 10-minute walk. As of February 1, 2024 we have had to add 13% to our nightly fee to cover sales tax.
