Cozy lake house

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Absolute tranquility, surrounded by greenery overlooking the lake from over 35 m high in the NSG. Forest surrounds the "tower" on 3 sides, you can walk on the 4000 m² property and swim in the pure lake, dream on benches, watch the sea eagle from the Horst 800 m away. The living space on 2 levels offers all the features for living and working (fiberglass). On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and snack on the berries. Relax with owls, woodpeckers and bats.

The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike tours. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

Staying at a private lake incl. jetty

In this apartment, you can start your vacation with a relaxed lake view from day one. For excursions into nature, you can ride your bike from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. On the TV, you can log in with your own Netflix & Co. account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. Our house is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac next to a meadow and a small forest. You can reach the Great Plön Lake in just a few minutes on foot. The attic, in which the apartment is located, has 3 bedrooms, 1 large kitchen/living room with balcony (southwest-facing), 1 bathroom and 1 small laundry room. A large kettle grill (charcoal) is available on the balcony.
