Newly refurbished apartment located in idyllic Strømsbubjag only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

Cozy cottage for rent in Homborsund, in the middle of Lillesand and Grimstad. Short distance to the beach/swimming areas, campsite and nice hiking areas. Great bike rides in the area. Quiet and quiet surroundings. 10 min walk to Sunday open shop. About 35 min drive to Kristiansand Zoo. Sleeps 8 (3 bedrooms). Kitchen with fridge, stove and freezer. All equipment. Good space, airy feeling. 4 bedrooms, 1 sleeping alcove, 2.5 bathrooms. A few minutes walk into town. 20 min drive to Kristiansand Dyrepark. 2 Kayak, a motor boat with steering wheel fits 3 people. Interior parking space for car. Have your holiday in paradise with relaxed atmosphere in Southern Norway, proper Sørlandsidyll!

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Cozy cabin at Landvikvannet with access to the archipelago via the famous Reddal Canal. Very good sun conditions, early morning to late evening. Very child-friendly space with a large terrace and large green areas around the cabin. Car road all the way up to the door. Inlaid water from well (drinking water from own cans). Animals are allowed. The cabin has an outhouse. Distances: 2 km to Kiwi and Coop, 5 km to Grimstad city centre, 25 min drive to Kristiansand Zoo.

The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

Idyllic cabin by the water with canoe and kayak.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.

Idyllic boat house/cabin at the shore of the sea.

Perfect spot for a small family or alone by the sea. The boathouse is from the 70s and is traditionally built. Here you can enjoy the sea view, take a bath or lie in the sun. The boat house is simply furnished with all you need of kitchenware, dishes towels and dusting cloths. In addition, there is toilet paper. The boathouse is insulated and it keeps a good temperature even when the wind blows. Especially beautiful it is in the fall.
