The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

In return, you get an authentic experience close to nature and marine life.

The place is located in the center of Grimstad with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the harbor and the city beach. Free parking. There is a 15 minutes walk to the University(UIA). Many great beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft consists of a large room with a double bed, a cozy TV area, a refrigerator, a kitchenette with an electric kettle, and a nice little bathroom. In addition, the place has a cozy terrace with afternoon sun. Pets are extra 100 NOK per day.

The apartment contains two bedrooms, living room with office desk and extra bed, kitchen, bathroom (a little small) and laundry room. Five minutes walking distance to the city center. Two minutes to bus connection to Arendal and Kristiansand. Five minutes walk to the city beach where you can swim in the sea overlooking Smørsund. Fifteen minutes walk to the University of Agder. Free parking outside the house.

The apartment has an open kitchen solution, a sleeping alcove with double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Access to private indoor swimming pool. Parking in a parking garage across the street. The apartment has been rented out previously through another user on Airbnb. Grimstad is a nice southern town with cozy streets and several dining places. There is a short distance to beautiful beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport, with frequent departures to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is a 30-minute drive to the zoo in Kristiansand.

Good bus connections to both Grimstad and Arendal. Kristiansand Zoo is only 35 minutes away by car.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by Tovdalselva. The apartment is completely newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Badeplass i Vikkilen 200m unna, med brygge og liten strand. Uteplass på bakkeplan med terrasse, som kan brukes på dagtid. Både bade- og uteplass har sol fra morgen til langt utpå ettermiddag på sommeren. Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 3 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.
