The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

The car park is under the building in the underground car park in the designated space. Please contact me if you would like to rent a bike. Done making up & towels included. Please feel free to ask if there are any questions. A short distance to the swimming area and Grimstad city center. The kitchen is well equipped. Two bathrooms with washing machine. Decent patio with seating area.

Sjøstua

Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, completely secluded with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cabin is newly renovated with Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, gas pizza oven, fire pan and outdoor fireplace. Sleeps 6 + new double sofa bed with amazing views. The rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in the sea and nature

Charming boathouse right at the shore of the lake

The boathouse was built in a traditional way in the 1970s and is located right by the water with a great view of the sea. Here you can start the day with your morning coffee at the window, take a refreshing bath, enjoy the sun on the dock, or just relax and watch the life on the sea. This is not a modern vacation home with luxury and high standards. The boathouse has a simple and practical interior, characterized by its age and history. In return, you get an authentic experience close to nature and marine life.

Spend the night in a shower lab?

In the basement of the old transformer in Grimstad, there is the laboratory of Grimstad Soda Factory. The soda factory that wants to make the world's best soda. Here you can rent a bed for one night or more. A large double bed is lowered from the wall, and in no time you have a great bed. It is about 140 cm above the ground, so don't be afraid of heights and be a bit sporty. With a view up to the sky outside. Urban location. Parking is just outside. Plus a simple kitchen, toilet and shower. A unique experience!

Charming apartment for rent in a quiet and beautiful oasis in the heart of Grimstad. The apartment has an open kitchen solution, a sleeping alcove with double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Access to private indoor swimming pool. Parking in a parking garage across the street. The apartment has been rented out previously through another user on Airbnb. Close to the city center, cozy and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Nice view over Grimstad and the archipelago. It is within walking distance down to Grimstad city center. Grimstad is a nice southern town with cozy streets and several dining places. There is a short distance to beautiful beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport, with frequent departures to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is a 30-minute drive to the zoo in Kristiansand.

Small farm in scenic surroundings, where the animals can roam almost freely. Pick eggs for breakfast, pet the miniature pig. Wake up to the rooster crowing. With the canoe, you can paddle for several kilometers. There's a gas grill there too. An eldorado for animal lovers and those who enjoy the outdoors. Forest, water and mountains. Taxi boat to Lyngør and more. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores and a free outdoor water park. 4 min to a convenience store.

Cosy loft near city center and UIA

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Romslig terrasse og kort vei til Norges fineste strender. Grimstad og Arendal byr på sørlandsidyll, kafeer og kulturopplevelser. 3 parkeringsplasser. Gode bussforbindelser til både Grimstad og Arendal. Kristiansand Dyrepark ligger kun 35 min unna med bil.

Studio near Grimstad city center (without full kitchen)

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Badeplass i Vikkilen 200m unna, med brygge og liten strand. Uteplass på bakkeplan med terrasse, som kan brukes på dagtid. Både bade- og uteplass har sol fra morgen til langt utpå ettermiddag på sommeren. Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 3 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.
