Vacation home right by the beach with lots of children's equipment!

New holiday home built in 2020. The holiday house is located 150 m from the beach and the nearest neighbor is Åros holiday center. Tangvall city center is 5 min away (by car) Kristiansand center is 15 km away. There are good bus connections with bus stop 3 minutes walking distance from the holiday home. Perfect for families with children, as one bedroom upstairs has been converted to a small tv living room with sofa bed. The cabin contains most of what you need! Check-in is from 15th check-out at 11am. No party!

The apartment is located in the middle of Kaldvell nature reserve which is an eldorado of hiking trails, swimming beaches and nature experiences We have designed the apartment so that it should be perfect for a small family or 4 people. It has a large sunny terrace with its own gas grill so you can enjoy outdoor food on late Southern evenings The apartment is located 100 meters from the sea and has child-friendly beaches only 5-10 min walk away:) The apartment is also only 20 - 25 minutes from the zoo.

Cabin with access to 14 foot boat

Original and nice cabin in a very lovely area of Grimstad. Sun until late evening. Access to both boat and kajakk in the harbor, only 200 meters away. (the boat is 14 feet with 6 hk engine). The garden is charming with different seats, grill and fireplaces. It is also possible to rent during winter. There is a heatpump and electric ovens and heating cables at the bathroom. We take 250 extra in payment for electrisity during winter season. Tenants must bring linen and towels.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av Fantastic sea view Nice økologic wooden massive house In the middle of the nature but still close to town . Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende, familier (med barn) og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr).
