Double garage with large outdoor area. 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, sleeps about 9 people. Kitchen and laundry are available. Barbecue bu with fireplace with plenty of space. Comforters and pillows available, but tenant must bring their own sheets and towels. Cleaning is not included, the tenant must do their own laundry. Washing machine and vacuum cleaner are available.

The house is from 2001,architect designed and cladding. It is completely secluded, it is 200 m to the nearest neighbor and borders Raet National Park on Tromøya. Several beaches 5-10 min by car. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 min from the nearest shop and less than 20 minutes from Arendal. (by car) There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 8 (a double bed is 1.20, suitable for 2 children) beds. New log house with stunning views of the sea

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Welcome to my newly renovated home, perfect as a commuter home, or as a relaxing and comfortable getaway! ☀️ There is a 40HK boat, boat space above the road. 🚤🌊 (+500kr per night for boat rental) season: April 16-November 14 Public parking and bus pocket is available just outside the house. The accommodation is close to a main road that can be busy at times, but the house is well insulated against noise. The accommodation is ready to host guests, even if there is still some outdoor work. Welcome!😀

To (tre) separate soverom, syv sengeplasser. Reiseseng til små barn. Sengetøy og håndklær inkl. Nisjebutikker, restauranter, teater, kjøpesenter og flere museer i gangavstand. Fine turområder på bynære topper og gangavstand til to små bystrender. Ikke parkering på tomta, men 170m unna i Arresten p-hus kr. 150/døgn og kr. 420/uke.

The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. Nice house by the sea, in the middle of the wood.

Sjønært, usjenert og solrikt sted, på et småbruk på Hesnes. Her er det med mye plass, 6 km unna Grimstad. Vi har en badestrand og brygge 200 meter unna huset. Her bor du midt i et fint turområder, med mye skog og stier rett utenfor døren. Her er også nærhet til golfbane og Hesnes Gartneri, samt Marivold badeplass. Kort vei til dyreparken i Kristiansand. Her våkner du til fuglesang og ingen støy. Vi har inngjerdet hage og god plass. Vi ønsker ikke festing eller ungdomsgjeng.
