The apartment is located by a river with good swimming and fishing opportunities. It is a good place for couples, solo travelers, families (with children), and large groups. Short distance to the zoo in Kristiansand, the summer town of Lillesand and 15 min to cross-country ski trails with several lengths during the ski season. The apartment is suitable for both summer and winter vacations.

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a detached house, with lake view and private patio. Nice location at the end of a quiet building area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

In the basement of the old transformer in Grimstad, is the laboratory of Grimstad soda factory. The soda factory that wants to make the world's best soda. Here you can rent a bed for one night or more. A large double bed is hoisted down from the wall and voila, you have a great bed. About 140 cm above the ground, so do not have a fear of heights and be a little sporty. With a view up to the sky outside. Urban location. Parking is possible right outside. The apartment is part of the 1st floor of an existing residential building with its own entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There is also a separate screened outdoor area with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and fits nicely for e.g. 2 children. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks that can be rented. Wifi in the apartment.

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Badeplass i Vikkilen 200m unna, med brygge og liten strand. Uteplass på bakkeplan med terrasse, som kan brukes på dagtid. Både bade- og uteplass har sol fra morgen til langt utpå ettermiddag på sommeren. Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 3 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

In the living room there is both a seating area and a dining area. It is possible to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/shore is agreed with the host.

Approximately 500 m to the bus stop where the bus goes to Arendal and Kristiansand. No view and you can see a glimpse of the sea.
