This is a newly remodeled single-family home! It is small but has everything you need to enjoy time with family and friends during your stay in the Chicagoland area! There are two bedrooms each with a queen bed, an updated bathroom, a dining room with seating for 6, a cozy living room with a Crate & Barrel pull-out queen sofa bed, and a nice, updated kitchen! We welcome you to be our guest in this charming, historic home built in 1911 by a German mason. This upper unit Apartment is a spacious 1,100 square feet, lovingly restored with a vintage aesthetic in 2018. The private entrance to "The Apartment" will lead you to; 2 cozy bedrooms & 1 vintage inspired yet modern bath with walk in shower. A large living room, dining area and bright clean kitchen will make you feel right at home. 9 foot ceilings and tons of natural light through out.

This unique place has a style all its own. This corner lake house comes with a huge fenced-in yard, as well as a balcony off of the master bedroom and 2 parking spots. We offer 3 kayaks with life jackets, 1 paddle board, paddle boat and fishing poles, fire pit, outdoor and indoor games. We have 3 bedrooms with beds included, as well as a futon couch a trundle bed and a pull-out couch bed (6 potential beds total). This comes with 2 TVs, fireplace, WiFi, bar, new fridge and more.

Hensley’s Cornerstone, Lakefront.

I affectionately refer to this house as “The House That Built Me.” Referencing (of course) the title of country artist Miranda Lamberts hit song, from 2010. The lyrics couldn’t be more accurate. My name is Crystal, and this is The House That Built Me. My father bought this property in 1970. He married my mother and her two children in 1976. I was brought home from the hospital in 1977 & raised here with my siblings, until eventually we all married and left home.
