This apartment is a large studio in the heart of Lincoln Park! New construction and all furnishings & appliances are brand new. It is perfect for a couple...but can also sleep 3-4 for a girls trip or a family with small children. You enter with your personal keypad code which we give you a few days prior to your stay. And we are always available by text or email should you have any questions about the apartment. Set in Lincoln Park, this apartment is steps away from shopping along Armitage and Halsted Avenue. There’s grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby, plus red and brown line train stations that access Downtown and other parts of the city. Street parking is relatively easy around the apartment and we offer free residential parking stickers in the apartment on the desk. We also offer a clean garage space (with free EV hook up, should you need it) for $20/night.

Fun and lively location! Cozy one-bedroom "stumbling distance" from McGee's Tavern and Grille, as in right upstairs. It’s pretty peaceful during the day except some train noise. The popular bar below is temp closed so no noise issue at moment. Lincoln Park is an upscale, safe & convenient area. Walking distance to cafes, dining, pubs, parks, transportation, Lyft bikes, yoga, fitness, Amazon, etc. Weekends draw the biggest crowds and noise. Free street parking.Easy Uber/Lyft

We had a lovely stay at this quiet little oasis in Wicker Park. The Coach House is charming, comfy, spotless, and stocked with everything you need. There is great food and transit just steps away. Joe and Shannon are fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and full of great local tips. You can tell they really love their city, and it shows in the way they host. Can’t wait to come back!

I cant recommend Angela’s place more. Even before our stay she was so accommodating and helpful. During our stay she was also great and helpful. The place was clean, bathroom is really big theres two sinks and mirrors was perfect for us getting ready, the kitchen area was stocked, fridge was stocked, the bed was super comfy and there was a sofa bed also. The location is perfect armitage station and fullerton station is like 12 minutes away. The neighbourhood in general is great, there are nice cafes and shops around. Angela, helped out if there were any issues and even allowed us to check in early. I never stay in airbnbs but we felt safe and it had a homely vibe we enjoyed staying here, already recommending Angela’s place to friends who plan on visiting chicago. We didnt have any major issues staying here, everything worked out fine. read description she has a parrot - was not a bother we couldnt hear him when we were sleeping only while getting ready. Thank you Angela for having us!

Great house with lots of room to spread out. Half a block to the train into the city and also lots of restaurants, grocery and coffee shops within walking distance. Very cute neighborhood that felt safe. Could hear the trains but it didn’t keep us up at night. Nicole and Matt were flexible and helpful!

Loved our stay. Great location, very fun roof top. I wish we had longer to stay and shop. Had dinner at Armitage Alehouse and ice cream at Annettes. Highly recommend!! Made brunch one day and had everything we needed, very well equipped and the beds were SUPER comfy!

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about Cheryl’s hosting! She and her husband went above and beyond for us. They are so responsive and friendly and even went so far as buying a pack and play for us last minute and jumping our car battery when it died! Talk about amazing! The place had everything we needed and the location was lovely. Would definitely stay here again!
