One of my favorite places to stay in Bentonville. Perfect space. Perfect location. Walked out the door for a run around the square and crystal bridges trail. 2nd visit to this place and can’t wait to come back!

This is my second time staying here. It’s perfect. Quiet, clean and near anything you may want/need. Nadine & Byron are great hosts. Responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommendation. Will stay again if I can get it!

We loved the place: its comfortable and elegant design and its location, so harmonious with the neighborhood and the life of the town, were perfect. The place had resources (like a bike locker, two large tv's, and a well-equipped kitchen) that we did not make use of but which we hope to use sometime on a return visit. The chairs in the bedroom were especially comfortable.

We had a great long weekend stay at Beverly's place! The 5 of us (parents/3 teen/pre-teens) fit perfectly in the space and it was close to everything we wanted to check out in the area. We especially appreciated Beverly's recommendation to head to downtown Bentonville for an event while we were in town. We also enjoyed a great hike a Tanyard Creek. Mornings on the back porch were our favorite part of the Airbnb. Overall, great weekend and great space for us to stay - would highly recommend.

With great experience for their stay in wonderful communication through Todd. The check-in was easy and we knew what to expect well before coming in for Business. The location is amazing, right off the highway and close to tons of restaurants and entertainment like Topgolf and the amp music venue. Will be back!

This is our second time at Desiree’s place and we plan to come back next year too! It’s a perfect location, has the best set up, the nicest showers, and a great functional kitchen we can actually cook in! The hot tub is a delight and Desiree is quick to respond and so nice! Will always stay here!

This is our second stay at this home and for great reason. It’s super clean, has all the home comforts you need, a garage (great for bikes of course), a yard (we bring our dog for hikes) and a gate with access directly on Tunnel vision). Our hosts are in contact to ensure everything fits our needs and is as cozy as can be, or for assistance if needed. We love Bella Vista and have stayed at some great places. But this home… is one we will come back to every time if available.

Great floor plan with plenty of space. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Floor-to-ceiling windows provided beautiful natural light even on an overcast day. The pool table, sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge are in top-notch condition. Down Under trail is a favorite in the Little Sugar system. We'd definitely stay there again.

First off, the place is amazing! It’s in a great location, super peaceful and secluded, but easy to find. There’s tons of beautiful greenery, and we even saw a couple of friendly deer that stayed for a while, keeping a safe distance. The house is beautifully designed, clean, cozy, and has everything we needed. But the best part was how Rashelle made us feel at home. We’ve stayed at a lot of AirB&Bs in different countries, and she’s definitely the best host we’ve ever dealt with. She was super communicative and gave us great recommendations. She made our stay truly special. Thanks a million, Rashelle!

House was on a quiet street in a good neighborhood . Completely remodeled with beautiful updates. Home was well furnished with any needed amenities. Located within a mile or so of a highway for ease of getting to golf courses and restaurants. Very relaxing vacation and definitely recommend to others. Aaron was very responsive to all communications. First class all the way!

My wife and I stayed from 5/28 - 6/3. This was our third time in NWA and first staying in Bella Vista. The Lookout Chalet was everything we were hoping for in a short term rental. The house was just as described and was perfect for us. We really enjoyed how quiet it was and the outdoor areas to relax in. I also like the close access to the Tunnel Vision trail which allowed you to ride two different directions. We explored the Bella Vista area and really fell in love with it. This is our top choice to retire to in 10 years. Peak Adventures made our stay super easy and enjoyable! If you are looking at a short term rental in Bella Vista I can’t rate this high enough!

Jordan’s place had everything we were looking for. It’s quiet, the deck backs up to trees, and there’s a private indoor pool! We had so much fun with our son and when he made occasional bursts of joy, there was no one there for it to annoy! The curvy roads were something for a couple of Nebraskans to get used to but after a few trips in and out of the neighborhood it was no problem. Highly recommended!!! Thanks, Josh & Amy

We were in town for a baseball tourney and this place was great, especially since it rained a lot! We took morning walks to the Fayetteville square, Dickson street, and edge of campus. Parking in the garage was a bonus. Everything was super clean and we appreciated the extras provided (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, laundry pods, and even some welcome snacks). Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to stay! Everything you could want.

Absolutely loved this place. Close to everything and very clean. Very quiet at night and comfortable beds. The condo is on a dead end street, which makes little to no traffic. The only slight negative thing I could possibly say, would be the train that runs close by. It didn’t bother me after I got use to the sound. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We loved having a place where all the adults could have a king sized bed. The location was very convenient to a family reunion we were attending in Bella Vista/Tanyard park area. Nels responded quickly to us, and we look forward to staying when we come to the area again.

This was a great space! It was charming, quaint, and super convenient to campus. The outdoor deck/ balcony was a bonus! Plenty of space to relax with a treehouse feel. Everything was better than I expected. It’s a 10!
