We enjoyed our stay. From the “lakeside view” description we thought we would be able to see the water, but instead it was a pretty view of green trees behind their house. Other than that everything was great. The hot tub was a nice perk.

Wonderful stay! Quiet location and very walkable/bikeable location. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking during my stay. Hosts very responsive. Looking forward to a return trip to stay here on Grover St!

What a great place to stay. I didn't get a chance to meet Karen, but I did meet Brian. Super cool host. They obviously put a lot of care into this apartment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bentonville. Location is very walkable to everything downtown, and you can bike to all the trail areas. I didn't really have to move the car while I was there. Really first class all around! Thanks for a great stay.

Hobo Hideaway B was perfect! Check in was easy. Justin responsive and helpful. The place was clean, nicely decorated with fun decor, and comfy. Great location, walking distance to the Neosho square. Fun place to stay!

Only stayed one night but the artwork was awesome. It was quiet and peaceful and I liked the offstreet parking. I didn't see the address easily so I drove past it the first time but everything else was great. Jason responded quickly to my questions. I'll stay there again.

Kathryn and Connie’s place was exactly what I needed — peaceful, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared from top to bottom. I’ve traveled all over the world, and this was truly one of the best all-around stays I’ve ever had. They went above and beyond — from snacks and drinks to Epsom salt for a much-needed bath after long moving days. Everything was clean, quiet, and relaxing, which meant the world to me during a stressful transition. If you’re lucky enough to book this place — do it. It’s more than just a stay — it’s a recharge. Thank you both again. You made a tough week feel a whole lot better.

We will be staying here again. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Some things that stood out to us: 1) The view is the best we've ever had at Grand, 2) The neighborhood was quiet, 3) Having a storm shelter and use of the garage was a bonus, 4) The hosts have way more accoutrements then any other place we've stayed, 5) Sitting around the firepit in the evening was nice, 6) and the house was comfortable/inviting.

This place was great! Our kids esp. enjoyed the floating mat for swimming that we tied to the dock. Hosts were great and communicated with us well. Great view of lake from both decks and even the bottom patio. Esp loved the shade that came in on the decks in the evenings. Made the heat not feel so hot. Game area inside was great! We enjoyed Yahtzee and pool. Will recommend to our family, friends, and neighbors .

We stayed here for the BMR event and there was plenty of space for our trail rigs and trucks and trailers also had great access to the park if you leave the Airbnb and take a right go down that road and around the corner your right at the main entrance to the offroad park. Overall great stay for all of us would highly recommend!!

The place was above and beyond all expectations, would stay there again, sunrises we’re amazing and great view of the of the Neosho River and the elk river

Beautiful home with a great view of the lake. The layout of the home was perfect. The home was well stocked, especially the kitchen. The beds very comfortable and the home was very clean.

The photos and description of the home did not disappoint- the views of the lake were spectacular from inside out! We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again sometime!

Great place to stay communication is excellent. Had one issue it was taken care of within a couple hours. It was not a big deal. Things happen. No problems whatsoever absolutely great place to stay beautiful surroundings. Everything that you could possibly need. I will definitely stay there again I travel to that area of the state three or four times a month for business and I will definitely give her my business again. This place is adorable. It is perfectly located near all the Monkey Island and Shangri-la action. It is so nicely decorated and our guests said they slept well and enjoyed their stay.
