Lake houses in Grand Lake O' the Cherokees

We were staying at a different location, when that house had AC problems. We looked around for options and found this house. we can't say enough good things about our stay. Felt newly renovated, very clean, very comfortable. We were afraid our vacation was going to be cut short, but Linda and her lake house came to the rescue. If vacationing in the area, we highly recommend this house.

Cabin was clean, beautiful and had amazing views. Tons of space, unique and was fun for the whole family! We witnessed a bald eagle flying near the cabin after having caught a fish, it was awesome!! Excellent hosts as well, not demanding and very helpful

Beautiful lake front home with lots of space and a great equipped kitchen! It has a deck on both upper and lower floors and makes for a beautiful area to sit and relax. We would highly recommend this property!

My family and I had such an amazing stay here! The cabin was beautiful and very clean! The host was very helpful and communicative. I was also very appreciative of how accommodating our host was everything you might need was there from utensils, condiments, toiletries etc. She even left a welcome note and snacks just very sweet and thoughtful! I was overall very impressed and would definitely recommend!! ☺️

Carolyn and her husband were amazing hosts! My husband and I felt right at home. They were wonderful and showed us around the awesome property and were very attentive t0 make sure we had a peaceful and stress free stay after attending a weekend event a few towns over, we will definitely be back!

This is our 2nd time staying here. This place is perfect for our family fishing trip. There is easy water access and a ramp less than 100 yards away for our boat. Carrie was quick to respond to any questions we had. There was even a water hose with a spray wand making it super easy for cleaning fish. Just a beautiful view from the cabin. We plan on staying again in the future. It's a tiny unit but the view is worth it. The sun room is perfect for coffee in the mornings.

Worth every penny! We have stayed here a few times and it’s always a great trip. Great communication from the host and cabin is just perfect for a successful fishing trip or just a relaxing stay on the lake. Everything you need just bring clothes and food. Fishing is great too and place to tie the boat up is priceless! Oh, neighbors very friendly and welcoming too. We will pick this place every time it’s available. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Rovena is a perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway! The property and surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We loved the views of the lake and many amenities provided to us. Selena was a wonderful and helpful host, even going as far as providing us with additional firewood after we ran out. I would definitely stay here again in the future! 🤩

The VW bus is adorable! The cottage and porch are just awesome. I can’t wait to go back!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was in town a few days for a fishing tournament and this place had everything I needed, nothing more. The cabin was clean, the A/C is excellent, had just enough space to park my truck and 21’ bass boat outside the front door, and perhaps most-importantly, there is a coffee pot. It’s the perfect place to unwind after long days on the water without any distractions.

Everyone in our group loved the place and we all had a great time here. Everything was clean, clearly labeled, and had everything that we could imagine for our stay. The parking was limited and Terry called to check in when he heard we were having an issue but was very respectful and helpful to finding a solution. I would recommend this place to everything! I’d love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the lake.

We enjoyed our stay in this home and the host was very responsive. We arrived late in the evening with short notice and were very happy when we arrived to see snacks on the counter and water bottles in the fridge for us but the best was the view of the lake! The private dock and firepit area are amazing. This home was very clean and well appointed and had great towels…2 bathrooms a plus. The host also provided a list of nearby restaurants which was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. You cannot beat this location, the view of the lake, private dock, and outdoor firepit area. Highly recommend!

We took a family of 13 (8 adults, 2 teens, 3 littles) for a three day weekend. There was definitely plenty of room for our group. The game room was a huge hit, the house location close to the water was perfect. And they had everything you could possibly need so do not bother over packing and taking stuff you don’t. Lots of house towels, beach towels, life vests, outdoor activities, board, games, and puzzles, full kitchen. It was a perfect family get away. Our family will definitely be back to enjoy this property again at some point.

We absolutely loved staying here. Hot tub was amazing and perfect after riding at the atv park. Cabin was clean. Very private. Would stay again!!!!

If we could give this place 6 stars, we would. The attention to detail was exceptional—from the curated artwork to the high-quality kitchenware. The host was incredibly responsive, delivering a cake mixer within minutes of our request! The oversized fridge/freezer, margarita glasses, spices, and TOTO bidet added luxurious touches. The linens were far superior to most Airbnbs, and the AC kept the house perfectly cool. Splash pads and noodles for the lake were a fun touch. Unlike many lake rentals, this home was fully stocked with a YETI cooler and more. The dock and seating on the deck and water were fantastic. Yes, it's pricey, but for true luxury, it’s unmatched. Deer and foxes roamed the area, adding to the peaceful ambiance that my granddaughter loved. It felt like a lake version of the Peninsula Hotel in Paris. For the best experience, look no further!

Host was very responsive and friendly as can be. Seriously one of the best places we have stayed at. Our family had the best time. Very clean and welcoming. We felt right at home. Definitely will be coming back.

We held our wedding here over the weekend and the facilities more then met our expectations! The place was clean and kept up well. The management staff was friendly and very helpful providing excellent service. Our group needed more towles and toilet paper and they were quick to respond. The residents that live around the Air BnB were extremely nice! The fishing was great and having access to our own boat slip was a major plus for us and our group. Being right off the lake we had wonderful views and weather. The sleeping accommodations were great and plentiful. All of the beds were comfy and none of our guests complained. The only complaint we recieved was when it rained it was quite loud in the upper rooms in the 'Red Barn' apartments, though with it being a tin roof this was not a surprise. The lower rooms in that building insulated the sound extremely well. The pool was a great touch and was frequently used. All in all it is a beautiful property and qe had an amazing time!
