It is extremely easy to access year-round via car, has great views of Rocky Mountain National Park, and boasts all of the modern amenities to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Welcome to Moose Mansion, our peaceful A-Frame escape sitting just off the North Fork of the Colorado River. We're just minutes from the historic downtown Grand Lake, the East entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, hunting, fishing, world-class snowmobiling, sailing, SO MANY MOOSE, and much more. We renovated the cabin to bring all the comforts of home to our "home away from home" in the mountains. Our family has made many memories here, and we're hopeful you'll be able to do the same.

This charming A frame is so cozy! The living room, dining space and kitchen greet you right as you walk in. The house has a wonderful layout for families, with bathrooms on the main level and the walk out basement, and two living areas. There are large decks off the front and back of the house, adirondacks and picnic table allow taking in the gorgeous view and listening to the seasonal creek very comfortable. Two parking spaces and snowmobiles can be parked right off the road.

Historic cabin located just blocks from Grand Lake, the town beach, playground, and the boardwalk with shops and restaurants. Enjoy it's full kitchen,BBQ,firepit,canoe,and bike. The 3rd bedroom is a sleeping porch that can easily accommodate four. Our family has been living here full time for the past 4 years during which cabin has been remodeled. Therefore you will experience the comforts of home (not a corporate AirBnb) and we ask you treat as you would your own home.
