Vacation rentals with a patio in Grand Lake

Great stay only 40min away from Rocky Mountain National Park.

My wife and I had an absolutely fabulous stay here! Super clean and cozy!! We both were able to ski at Granby Ranch Ski Resort. Additionally, We made the short drive to view Rocky Mountain National Park during our stay. Winterpark is a 10 minute drive if you want additional options to ski or dine. We will definitely be back! Our trip was perfect!

Very nice place to stay, with a reasonable drive to the mountain. The building is dated but Bradley's place was very nice, nicely decorated.

We had a great stay in WP. The condo was new with all the creature comforts, clean and comfortable, easy access to the ski hill and tons of activities and great food nearby. Will definitely plan on staying here again, Shawna and Steve were excellent hosts.

Comfortable, clean apartment close to the heart of Fraser, with easy access to bus routes and lots of amenities in the common areas (workout room, ping-pong, basketball indoor and outdoor, swimming pool and hot tub, ...). Danielle was a super host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Maureen responded very quickly to our questions, was very friendly and very helpful. The game room and selection of board games was a hit with our kids! Thanks, Maureen!

Great stay in grand lake, the host was very friendly and communicative. The property was close to both downtown and RMNP and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms is great for a big group.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Whether we were relaxing in the hot tub, sitting by the fireplace, or skiing the nearby trails, every moment was perfect. The place is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the space distribution as well as the decoration pristine! We really enjoyed a peaceful stay with lots of good snow and super close to the slopes. Both our hosts took care of everything we needed with a record response time at any time. We will definitely come back!

Absolutely loved staying here with my extended family! There were 14 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The home is stunning and cozy. We really enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful views. Had all the amenities we needed. The hosts were very responsive when we couldn't find some items. The beds were extremely comfortable (huge plus for us) and had plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The place was amazing! George was extremely responsive and helpful! He communicated so well with us before and during our stay. The home was very close to our activities, and the view was breathtaking. We had 2 Moose hanging out in the yard, my wife had never seen one in the wild! The accomodations were perfect for our family get together on Mother's Day. Thank you George!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was quiet and secure, and is within an easy walk of restaurants and shops in Grand Lake. Having an off-street parking place is a definite plus. It was a very short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. Amy responded quickly to any questions we had.

We had a great stay in Winter Park. We traveled up for a wedding and everything was perfect. The hot tub and pool were a great bonus too. We would love to come up and stay again.

Samual gave good clear directions and the place is upstairs but easy to get to. The location is near stores for food and restaurants are near by in town. Over all a great stay.

Kyle was great at communicating and went out his way to make sure we not only enjoyed the condo but that we also enjoyed our time in Grand Lake. He provided recommendations for places to eat….we tried them all and they were spectacular. The place was very clean, very thoughtful in the accommodation. Great place that we hope to visit again. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

Convenient stay near the park. Lovely mountain vistas but do not expect a lake view. Well equiped kitchen and comfy living room. Leah is very helpful in every need. Be sure to follow her directions.

Jordan's condo was perfect and a nice spot for 2 or 3 people. It was set up very well for our 4 day stay and everything was updated and modern. I would stay here again!
