Marina was an amazing host. The place was right in the center of everything. Everything was very clean. My only complaint is that she said walk right into apt from street level. Didn’t mentioned elevator because it sounded like You walked right into. We had to drag six huge suitcases up 15 narrow stairs. Besides no elevator it was perfect

Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

Excelente alojamiento, muy buen ubicado, cerca de la estación del tren y cerca de los vaporeti. Me gustó la decoración y el equipamiento. Fuimos tres huéspedes y estuvimos muy cómodos

L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison de Marco. Elle est très agréable, le jardin privatif est un plus très appréciable, la maison est très bien entretenue, bien agencée, et très propre. Le quartier est beaucoup plus calme que les quartiers plus touristiques que l’on rejoint facilement à pied ou en bateau. Irene qui a été notre contact pendant notre séjour a été très à l’écoute de nos demandes et nous a renseignés à chaque fois avec beaucoup de réactivité et d’efficacité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié séjourner à Venise dans ce quartier et dans la maison de Marco.

Die Unterkunft war ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Wir konnten viele Ausflüge machen, z.B. nach Venedig, Chioggia und Padua - alles ist gut erreichbar. Der Hof hat viel Charme und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Fabienne und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen - wir können ihn nur weiterempfehlen und würden wiederkommen.

Alberto’s apt was in a great location in Venice. So easy to find and very easy to get to. Didn’t have to cross one bridge with suitcases to get there. Everything was as expected in the apt. Overall great stay!!!!!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Venise. L’appartement est proche du tram ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre de Venise. Toutes les instructions étaient claire et l’hôte est très réactif au message. Notre arrivée a été facilité grâce à la navette proposé par l’hôte. Ottima scelta per chi vuole visitare la zona, usufruire delle bellissime ciclabili intorno alla Laguna, a cui c'è accesso diretto verso ogni direzione, oppure verso le spiagge. La piscina a disposizione è il massimo per rilassarsi dopo una pedalata. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto ciò che serve, è spazioso e il grande giardino è davvero un valore aggiunto. Monika è gentilissima, professionale e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.

Hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Hier und da müsste mal was repariert oder ausgetauscht werden und der See ist weder zum Baden oder Angeln geeignet, aber das alles hat der Pool wieder gut gemacht. Sehr gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Paola’s apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 (including 2 kids and grandparents). The location was perfect and right near everything but was also on a quiet side street. We took a water taxi right to the dock outside the apartment which was very convenient. The beds were extremely comfortable and the AC worked really well! Paola gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area. We stayed for 5 nights and didn’t want to leave. Thanks for a wonderful stay Paola!

This place is wonderful! It is exactly as depicted, great location, clean, and tasteully decorated. Fabrizio made transport and check-in seemless. His help made our trip to Venice more enjoyable. I would highly recommend.

Home is spacious and well furnished. kitchen and bathrooms are remodeled as rest of the home is old. Home has bit of a walk from the Rialto ferry. the stay was best one could get and close to shops. 5min walk gets to most of the tourist spots. Do note there is no washing machine in the home.

Jessica a été une hôte exceptionnelle, à la fois réactive, bienveillante et pleine de bons conseils qui ont vraiment enrichi notre expérience. Grâce à elle, notre séjour a été encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement !

Wir haben uns in den letzten vier Wochen des Aufenthalts hervorragend untergebracht gefühlt. Nach einem ausführlichen Checkin durch Elena hat alles super geklappt, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig und insbesondere Elena war immer unterstützend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns eigentlich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt und können deshalb die Unterkunft von Elena bestens empfehlen! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.

The communication with Uto was great! We had a small issue with the heating and Uto and Nicola were very prompt in solving the issue. The flat is cozy and well-located. It's in a quite "touristy" area though. Soundproofing between the two bathrooms is not good: turning on the ventilation helps. The bedding was very comfortable! Overall a very nice experience.
